Very quiet, breakfast was good. Attendant was helpful getting more eggs out. Would stay again if in the area.

Hotel is in nice condition. For the most part the hotel is quiet except the side that is facing the highway. Breakfast could be a little better. Hotel and the room were really clean. The pool and fitness center were in good working order. Nice room for business work.

We booked through Hotel.com for a place to get away for our 25th wedding anniversary. The miscommunication between you and the motel resulted in the confusion of giving us and us paying for a room we didn't pay for. The room was dirty. A little difficult to find exact location -- needs a sign at the end of the street to point to it. New person checked me in, so that experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. She should have had someone available to help more readily. Otherwise we were quite happy with everything, and the breakfast was excellently prepared.

You have road noise from the express way, we also stayed when a sports group was there and the people next door sounded like they were sitting in our room.

My sister and I have found this particular Comfort Inn to be our home away from home. The go out of their way to make you feel that way. The front desk clerk Ben, would be our favorite . Such a pleasant young man. No other like him. We come back to this place two or three times a years. Rated very very pleasant.

There is no doubt that is property has the potential to be great. However, the housekeeping is the downfall. The desk clerk on check-in was pleasant enough but seemed to lack training on how to handle our prepaid reservation. The public areas of the hotel seemed very clean, but the rooms need a lot of work on cleanliness. The alarm clock in our room […] was caked in dust to the point that the LED display was dimmed. The bathtub was left with standing water. Also, it is advertised that each room has a "jetted tub," but in reality, it is a very small bathtub and there is nothing jetted in the entire hotel. The only other issue was that the general upkeep of the hotel seemed to lack detail. The ceiling vent was drooping and the shower head wasn't securely tightened which caused water to spray out onto the floor. We had two different rooms during our stay, and they were vastly different in terms of cleanliness and state of repair. The same was true for the service. upon arriving on Friday for my 3 day stay at comfront Inn in Franklin Indiana was a super mess... the room was dirty & dust everywhere the bathroom had mold on the tile.I complained & they tranfered me us to another room this room was also very dusty, & then returning late Sat afternoon the toliet wouldn't flush.. it was pluged somewhere.. went down […] stairs to complain the girl on the desk said that she would have to call maintennace about the problem may take a while.. told her we needed another room.. we transfered to another room.. this room also had a problem the wall paper was coming a part at the seems. which made it look trashy.. the breakfast wasn't up to par either seems all the scrambled eggs are cooked in the mircowave & boy did they look like it.. they never refilled the empty dishes when they ran out of eggs or susuages.. I have stayed at alot of comfort Inns across the United states & never have I had such an unhappy experience. I think Head quarters needs to come in & take a lot at this place... they would probably close them down. If your thinking about staying here... I wouldn't.... in the same area is Quality Inn... The staff was very friendly. The room was clean except for some mold in the grout on the shower wall and the bottom of the shower curtain. Even though it was close to the highway, the room was very quiet. The breakfast area was well organized and kept tidy as guests wandered in and out for the complimentary breakfast.

Front Desk Help was less than helpfull, She did not know if the PPV TV was available or not. She said she would have to "call around" to find out if it was available, eveen though it was advertised as available, it did not work, nor did the in room phone work. When I first got a room they gave me one that hadn't been made up. Then the next room didn't seem clean there was still stuff on the floor. Then tr bathtub had a patch in it where they were covering a hole. The pool was closed for must of my stay. The breakfast was not good what so ever. Cold food warm warm food cold. There were several spots on the bedspread that looked like blood. The over stuffed chair had a hole in the left arm covering. There was no toilet paper on the roll although there was a spare roll.The landscape was a mess and needed trimming. The regular sized pillows were lumpy. If you are a lite sleeper ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway. You can hear the the big trucks bouncing on the pavement after crossing the overpass.

Staff was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and painless. Room was a little small and outdated but sufficient. Pool & breakfast was adequate. Overall it is probably exactly what I would expect for the price
