"Americas Best Value Inn - Needles - Easy access"
Great deal for a clean room to just sleep for the night. Not a great place to hang out, but good for an overnight stop. Bring ear plugs. There is road noise from two sides of the hotel.
I have never stayed in a place so dirty. I used one of the washcloth's to wipe the dirty table and counter and it turned black and brown. The shower still had residue from people befor and looked as if it had not been cleaned in at least a year. The beds were horrible and I itched all night. We did not even go look at the breakfast we just left.

"Great place to stay......cheap for price"
We stayed here for a night, staff was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious, all appliances. Close to highway I-40....breakfast was really nice, there was 5 different breads, cereals, milk, soymilk, different butters and spreads, ketchup, coffee, ice, water, fruits, cinnamon rolls, and different flavored rolls, apple juice, orange juice and all […] the appliances........it was worth paying more...........I would like to stay here again!!!! "One star says it all"
This place is just run down. There was chipped paint on the wall by the front door, the tops of the table and nightstand were sticky. The beds were lumpy and the carpet seemed dirty. The odd thing was an envelope that said "Welcome to America's Best Value Inn. Tips appreciated." How tacky.
"Suffient but tacky"
The room was OK, but obviously run down. There was chipped paint by the front door and all wood surfaces (table, nightstand) were sticky. Two things were just tacky - there was an envelope with "Welcom to America's Best Value Inn. Tips are welcome." And the list of "rules" said there are no refunds after the first 15 minutes. "Overall"
When we checked in and were lying down to rest the manager started walking in without knocking or announcing himself. We couldn't get on the internet but one time for about 3 minutes before it kicked us off. The continential breakfast was awful. The food wasn't laid out but it was in the refrigerator to rummage for ourselves. The pastries and bagels […] were as hard as rock and the cream cheese was curdled. The orange juice wasn't even orange juice. The table sufaces in the room were extremely sticky so that you couldn't touch them without feeling like you had to wash your hands.
