"For thr price it's ok"

"Sad Experience"
The location of this hotel was all it had going for it. The room was not fresh and the bed was really sad. You could feel the springs through the mattress.There was even a piece of metal sticking out from under the bed that should not have been there. Dirty walls and the carpet needed cleaned. "Okay as a last-resort, if budget is an issue"
We have stayed here three times, this last time by accident, as we confused this hotel with the Motel 6 next door (which is much better). The owners (I believe) are rude every time, and acted put-out by having to tend to us when we checked in. They were upset that we had a little dog with us, even though they accept pets, because they could not put […] us in the room they said we booked with a pet; nowhere on the hotel information does it say you have to notify of a pet in advance. Therefore, we had to have double beds instead of the queens we booked. They were also upset by us having three people staying rather than the one I indicated when we booked; I didn't realize there would be three of us at the time, and all they needed was our IDs, so I'm not sure what the issue was. The room was old and well-worn; the carpet was sticky and the walls are heavily marked. The bathroom appeared cleaned but looked gross--mold and marks all over the walls and door frames. The toilet leaked, and there was no facial tissue. The beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable, the heater worked, and there was a super-cold mini-fridge. Unfortunately, the people staying around us were very noisy, and the night before we had to be up at 4am, we were up every 45 minutes by neighbors. Breakfast is really just prepackaged Super 8 cinnamon rolls and coffee. The girl who works during the day is nice and polite. The beds were a little hard. I think a pillow top to the mattress would do the trick. We had room 120, and we had trouble with the key card or the lock I have no idea which. The room was clean, comfortable and in a great location close to must haves. I would recommend this hotel. The room was verrrry affordable. The only issue is the wall unit for heat/cooling is noisey. "close to all the things we had planned to do."
We had a chance to get away and it was nice. It wasn't the most plush room we stayed in but for the cost of the room it was by far the most reasonabe and economic and fit our budget perfectly. This was an awful experience. Dirty, paint peeling off the walls and ceiling in bathroom, seals cracked on everything, bottom sheet not even fitted on bed, barking dogs next door, paper thin walls. Asked for a nicer room. Carpet a little dirty, but overall the room felt clean enough. It is a motel in need of updating, but the price was right! They are nice big rooms with lots of bathroom counter space. Managers were very nice to deal with. Laundry was very economical. I guess for the price I can't complain. But the place is in dire need a remodel. wall paper peeling off thr walls. Dirty ceiling. The bed sags in the middle like a saddle. The bed frame sticks out from the matress. I have bruised both of my ankles on the piece of the bed fram that sticks out past the matress. The coffe is as cheap as cheap can get. The staff was very nice however the hotel is in dire need of remodeling.Does not apear to of been touched since at least the 90s. I booked a smoking room because there was no other available so I expected to have some smell in the room but it was overpowering . the room did not seem to of been aired out ever. We stayed here to attend a Pygmy Goat show at the fairgrounds. There were places where you could easily fit your trailer. A nice, clean, quiet place to lay your tired head.
