My studio apartment was hard to get to, no porters to carry my luggage up a flight of about 30 stairs,up an ally way (Dark at night) Thank goodness i am only 54 as,if i were older,i would struggle a lot more with the luggage The televisions sets are from the 1980s. The room was large.That was good.The staff should look at customers and smile.Maybe don,t […] look at customers as a chore. However there was one girl (Laura) she was wonderful. the stay started off very pourly due in some part to a next door construction site,we were badly treated which was stressful.Eventually sanity prevailed and the situation was rectified. graeme and jill

The hotel, staff and location were perfect. I had a short stay in Melbourne and booked an apartment suite. Very decent size, clean and beautiful room. I'll stay there again without a doubt

I stayed in a 1 bedroom appartment. The room was very large and had all i needed. was only a short stroll to many main attractions. I would definitly stay hear again for the location and te price
"Excellent staff at Flinders Street Melbourne"
We were stranded for two extra days during the Qantas grounding. Staff were so helpful in extending our stay and helping with checking emails and websites as we didnt have access to the internet. We were very appreciative of the great service. Many thanks.

Good location, helpful staff, generous apartment style hotel. Could do with a business lounge and more food and beverage services.
Had a pleasant enough stay however found a huge clump of someone's hair on the floor of the hallway and the pay per view movies were not working. We reported the issue twice and were advised that someone would be up to attend to it, but they never arrived. Milk in the fridge was off so had to order replacement and the microwave was not working properly […] so we had to cook our meals for 3 times the recommended time....... What saves this venue is the location. You can walk everywhere from here and it is nice and quiet. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath appt and it was nice and quiet at night. Pročitajte više

One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen equipped with basic necessities for cooking, fridge, stove-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 12 foot ceilings and wonderful hardwood floors were a bonus. I have no issues with the room itself. What I was not prepared for was the entrance to the rooms being in a back alley and having to carry my […] luggage up several flights of stairs (no elevators in this section of the building) other than that, our stay was excellent.
