One-night stay - so no opportunity to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. Starbucks in lobby didn't take my Starbucks card and didn't know until I tried to pay with it. "Would stay here again!!!!"

"Adventure with my Grandchildren"
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Took my three Grandchildren to a concert in San Diego, and decided I didn't want to drive the 2 hour drive home at Midnight so we decided to spend the night. Very nice accommodations. Grounds and common areas were beautiful and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom quarters are a bit cramped but overall this was a great value for the San Diego area. "Easy access to most sights in San Diego"
Everythjing was great. Very clean and comfortable. One small issue with the air conditioner in the room as it was not working properly in cooling down. Ouside of that everything was fabulos. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju

"Very accommodating service and friendly too."
I didn't like the room they put me on the first night. There was a strange noise just outside the window. I don't know what it was, but I complained. Even thought the hotel was very busy and the front desk staff were very busy, they took the time to change my room for me while I was out. "Room for 4... Breakfast for 2"
I know this is not very common, but we were 4 adults sharing a room, and the breakfast was for 2 adults and 2 kids... bad thing. Next time I'll check that before make a reservation. "It's all about service"
Checked in (8/17/12), and checked out the following day.. The lady who checked us in (Peggy), was outstanding, 5 stars! The hotel was decent, however the elevators were dirty, noisy, and hot. The room was clean, although the sink took forever to drain. At night I tried to buy a bottle of wine from their "market" & was shocked that a $9 bottle of cab […] costs $56.99, geez. I even got the feeling that the front desk guy thought i was cheap for not wanting to buy it. That same night our toilet clogged. My son called frontdesk and was told someone would be right up. NO ONE EVER CAME! my family and i had to use the bath tub as a toilet the entire night. To top it off, my son forgot it was clogged the first time and flushed...toilet water overflowed throughout the bathroom and i was forced to use towels just to contain the water. i complained about it the next day during check out and was informed that the front desk person never called it in. I must commend the rest of the staff though, especially Peggy and the man and woman who worked at the breakfast buffet Saturday morning (8/18/12). The service we received from them was outstanding, 10 stars at the very least! We even got a little goody bag from Peggy as condolence for our failed night at their hotel. "Great service"
We stayed five nights and my boyfriend and I were treated very very well!!! Especially by all the people at the front desk. We ate out by the pool one night our waitress Tamara was excellent she made us laugh and really enjoy our time at the courtyard!! "Very nice Hotel"

"Great hotel for business or vacation."
I stayed here one night for week recently, but the hotel was actually much nicer than expected so I had my girlfriend come down and stay as well. "Same quality as Motels near by the highway!"
Quality of this hotel? same as motels near by the highway. Not worth it! Why pay more? Very noisy ( peoples nearby having a party at night till 2 am and I had to call front desk many times to stop them.) and and unfriendly staffs. (very hard to reach the front desk staffs over the phone) Smells from the towels..(I am not so sure if they really replaced..) Please […] do not waste your money! Our towels are replaced after a guest checks out and upon request during each guest's stay; replacing towels upon request only is part of Marriott's sustainability efforts. "Best breakfast"
Everything was great. We were there for UCSD graduation. We knew it was a bit of a drive, but we were looking for two queen beds, free wifi, breakfast and parking at a reasonable price. All was great. Rooms newly redone, public areas also clean and fresh. I think there was an earlier review that said elevators were dirty - not when we were there. All […] staff were nice. In our rush to early graduation we left three(!) items in the two rooms we had, all were there when we called to be picked up later. Breakfast was best ever- omlets made to order, thick bacon, fresh fruit, oatmeal with toppings, and more. I would stay here again, hopefully with time to enjoy the pool during the day, and not rush through a nearly breakfast. Great place to stay while in San Diego, next time we are there we will stay here! We stayed in three different motels, wish we would have seen this one first! GREAT motel! You are absolutely correct that we are very centrally located and it's easy to get around, with quick access to Freeway 163 that takes you directly to Balboa Park, the Zoo, and Downtown. Freeway 52 is just one exit north of the hotel and leads you right into the heart of La Jolla. I just took my management team to Shogun Restaurant up the street from us. It's a Hibachi Style Japanese Restaurant; lots of fun and really good. Looking forward to seeing you again during your next trip to San Diego.

"Home away from home."
This is a beautiful hotel. It's centrally located, easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and all attractions in SD. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a getaway for two. Great breakfast buffet and service staff. I highly recommend this hotel.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. "transportation issue"
My experience was very good. The only problem I encountered was I needed a shuttle to pick me up at an alternate site one morning. The hotel staff confirmed the shuttle at 7:30 am with me. The shuttle was supposed to come at 9:30-they never came. I tried to call the hotel and the phone system was down. We have booked at this location because a friend lives close by and we are visiting SD to visit her. The room is nice, clean and well-stocked, but you know nothing special, although the free wireless internet is very reliable and very much appreciated!
