Couch and sitting chair in suite were shabby and uncomfortable. Bathtub drain didn't work and held the water used for a shower. Sink stopper didn't work either. Last year's stay at the hotel's 2nd floor suite was much better. Very dissatisfied with accommodations. Hotel personnel however were very good.

"Difficult Location"
Once we found the hotel we had a great experience. However, we had great difficulty finding the road it is on "Border Way". This road is not marked, and all the locals could tell us is that they either didn't know where it was, or that it was on "Border Way", but couldn't tell us whrere that was. Going up and down the main road for half an hour we finally […] found it behind the restaurant 'On the Border". "Routine visit to New England"
My experience at this hotel was much better than at other higher cost places located downtown. Would suggest anyone try out this hotel. Outside was not that appealing but the room decor was a huge improvement. Not sure about other rooms, but had a large suite room, which i would do again when in town.

"Earwig City"
When we first got to the hotel. it seemed nice, but once we got in to our room I noticed that there were bugs in our bathroom. The pool, hot tub and excercise room were nice but I dont want to have bugs in my room and the staff at check out time was rude. I think I will seek another hotel the next time we go to Springfield, MA now I also have to call […] them about an unauthorized $20 charge on my credit card. Pročitajte više

"A nice place with a great room"
We were very happy with our room and the overall experience at this hotel.
"Wonderful stay ... again"
This is our second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful both times. Our room during this visit had a odor in the curtains and when we notified mgmt they promptly gave us a new room. The staff are all super nice and helpful. We will be back again in a few months for another visit.
