"A Warm, Friendly, Comfortable Place!"
My wife and I had an excellent one-night anniversary celebration stay at a great price (just before tourist season started). It was way better than we expected for the amount paid. The reception staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The room, in the Riverhouse, was just right size-wise and had all you would need - comfortable 4-post bed, nice […] TV, good wifi, nice touches in bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was way better than what one would expect at similarly priced places, with nice french toast, sausages, and home-made muffins. Probably the best surprise was the bar on Saturday night. The piano player was GREAT and the got the crowd (of all ages) singing along in no time. Friendly regulars made it a really fun experience. Our room was very cold until we finally figured out the heating system. Over-all our stay at the Inn was wonderful!

"We will be back!"
Great place to stay! Close to everything in the beautiful little town. Beach passes provided for easy parking at the nice clean beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back!

"Not that great..."
Let me start by saying that the service was very good, but...the food was a disappointment - the dinner was overcooked and the complimentary breakfast was just horrible! The food was cold and the coffee was lukewarm and strong. The "heater" in our room blew cool air so we had to keep the fireplace on, which obviously made the room too hot after a while. "Nice weekend stay"
Very friendly place and a great location. We had a nice room in the Wharf Anex. It was a little noisy in the hallway and you did have to take your luggage upstairs, but the room was spacious and the staff was very accommodating. They also served a very nice continental breakfast.

I loved the rooms at this quaint Maine inn. The room was beautifully decorated with antiques and lots of charm! Bed was very comfortable and updated bathroom. It was a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Try Allison's to eat. Great local place to eat, causal with seafood, drinks and whoopie pies- right around the corner. "Place to stay in Kennebunkport"
Although we did not eat dinner at this Inn all other things relating to a great vacation is within. Friendly staff giving out great tips and the location of the Inn is second to none we walked everywhere
"OK for an overnight stay"
Accommodation was OK but, like many inns of America, room was small and quite over-priced. One night is enough to stay here with excellent proximity to town. Coffee in the room would have been appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise.
