Hotel was nicely furnished, and the room met all our needs. Located on major road, so easy to get to/from. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was adequate, but not anything outstanding.

A decent enough hotel but they charge a pretty high rate for what you get. Everything is just OK, for very nice dollars. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful with a good understanding of the metro area. Me and a buddy drove in for the MotoGp Race weekend. I had requested a double bed room. They were out when I got there. NOT HAPPY!!!!! 2 males 1 bed...UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! If you book a double bed room....You get a double bed room. PERIOD!!!!!

A little hard to find since the exit ramp was under construction, and I am not familiar with the Texas frontage-road system. Not much around the hotel in terms of places to eat, but since this is an airport hotel, I shouldn't expect much.

We really enjoyed our stay. The convenience of having airport transportation to & from was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The night desk manager greeted us by name and made us feel valued. It was a Remarkable experience and if we have the opportunity to return to Austin, we will stay here.

hotel was fine except that king bed had a plastic mattress pad on it, that crackled when we moved and got sweaty as the night went by. Breakfast buffet had good variety but we got to breakfast and they were out of several hot items; we told the desk, but nothing happened while we were there.

Room had no power in the bathroom or buy the sink and mirror it was late when we arrived and we were to tired to go back and ask for a different room. We tuffed it out and reported it in the morning. Other than that we enjoyed it

Staff was very friendly, overall stay was great. Only issues were a shower that was not "tall-person-friendly" and no late check out if you aren't a member of their VIP program.

Noise from highway, and room is old and re-furbished but not very good quality of re-furbish! Bed was excellent, toilet issues also.

We were able to walk to fast food places in the area, so that was great. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. I am not happy that they withheld $$ on my credit card even though they knew the room had been paid in full in advance. Now I have to call this hotel and make sure they take that $$ off our bill. The mattresses were broken down. They should have been replaced long ago. The bathroom light and fan were on one switch, which meant the fan was running when the light was on.The fan sounded like a 1940s steam locomotive leaving the station. It was LOUD! The front desk was notified and we were told that all the fans in the hotel were noisy. The toilet, […] when flushed, ran continuously. I had to take the lid off and fix the flush arm chain and flapper valve myself. They need to hire a maintenance staff that has at least a basic mechanical/plumbing/electrical ability. they forgot t tell us the code for the pool lock so we had to go back inside to get it. when we did get into the pool, their were not any towels, so we had to go back in again to get towels. Beside this, it was an okay stay.

The rooms AC unit was quite noisy and the bathroom fan was a screamer! Other than that, typical HI Express. Staf was very friendly.

We stayed for three nights to spend a little time in Austiin. Close to airport and easy to get to down town area. Not much within walking distance. Area seemed OK. Beds were just OK but room was large.

Very nice stay. The A/C units are a bit too loud, but they did cool the room. Signs all over say to use the "pool" towels for swimming, available at pool-side. You will find that they are not there....you have to go in and get them at the front desk. They have the "pancake" machine in the breakfast line up. Overall our stay was great. The breakfast is wonderful, and the Thursday night Happy Hour was very nice. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner in the room is very loud. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

Everything was perfect. The room was incredible. The only thing was we had 2 big roaches. One in the bathroom and the other on a wall in the bedroom area. Spray it down please. We told the hotel clerk when we checked out. But over all it was great and would stay there again.

I'm spoiled by the newer Holiday Inn Express hotels. This location must have been a conversion of an older hotel. You get all the benefits of the hotel chain but in old style hotel rooms. I was in town for a course at St. Davids Hospital. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding ease for traveling to course. I may be coming back to another course next year and will look at staying there again.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfy, shower/bathtup was NOT clogged which I always seem to find everywhere else and the free breakfast was great!! I would definitely stay again! The pool/hot tub were very much enjoyed by our kids too!

Was a nice clean hotel, didnt get room i reserved over the phone with a hotel.com rep. Hotel gave us a handicap accesible room, big, but not what i wanted. i would call the hotel to make sure of the rooms before i book again.

This hotel is in a good condition. But it has to pay for deposit. I don't know why. It costs you 150 dollars. Be sure to have a credit card with you. Overall, it's recommended.
