The room is not very big but with very modern design, its very comfort! And the location is very near to the main station. Just few min. walking to the station. But the room haven't offer dental kit and slippers, you need to ask the hotel to take them, but they give them to you very fast! The staff is very nice! This hotel was perfectly located and had very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Fun bars and nightclubs located within the hotel and others just around the corner. Within walking distance to the train station and restaurants/shopping. My only negative comment is regarding the breakfast... Das Renaissance ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Luzern. Es sind wenige Minuten zu Fuss bis zum See und Bahnhof. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wir bekamen für wenige Franken eine Nachtparkkarte und konnten das Auto auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Strasse abstellen. (Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs.) Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, in […] einem der nahe gelegenen Parkhäuser das Auto für mehrere Tage abzustellen (an der Reception abklären). Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie. Das Zimmer war schön renoviert, das Bett sehr bequem, alles blitzblank sauber. Im Badezimmer hatte es nur 1 Lavabo und es war etwas eng, was uns aber nicht störte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, es hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Auch warme Speisen wurden angeboten, z.B. Rösti, Rührei, Würstchen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gestylt und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht überwältigend. Alles wäre fast perfekt gewesen, jedoch hatte es im ganzen Zimmer Haare von den Vorgängern oder den Zimmermädchen... Ohne dies, könnte ich das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Zimmer (Superior) etwas klein. Besonders das Badezimmer. Frühstück Buffet war gut, alles was man braucht.

vor 6 Monaten renoviert. Sehr schön. Mit Espressomachine, Regendusche...Sicht auf Innenhof, dafür aber ruhig - denn die Pilatusstrasse ist laut! Frühstücksraum etwas beengt. Türschlitz am Boden etwas lärmdurchlässig - aber dafür finden sich Tücher ... Würden hier wieder buchen
