The hotel wasn't bad but it had these motion light sensors in the room that would make the lights come on if we moved in our sleep... Believe me not a good thing!!!

We arrived to find our room smelled of mildew. Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The door trims were cracked and broken. There was questionable hairs left in the tub.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The carpet in our room was STICKY. There was a huge stain in front of the mini frig, it looked like someone had spilled an ENTIRE bottle of soda in front of it and then tracked it through the room. My husband was brave enough to walk around in socks, careful to avoid the spot, but they went from white to dark brown in less than […] 10 mins. The basics appeared to be clean (toilet, shower, sheets) but the rest wasn't. There were no signs of bed bugs and the hotel was cheap. I can't cry too much, you get what you pay for. my kids got bug bites all over their body.

maid service was not good. she did not leave enough towels and we never got hand towels unless i went to the front desk and asked for them. the reception desk is at least 5'6'' high so if you are a little under 6 feet you are not going to be able to see the receptionist behind the desk like the person behind me and the clerk who were both shorter than […] the height of the desk. not very customer friendly "i must say.'' Hotel was more like a motel , coming back from disneyland it was like a rental for the ladies of the night. My kids enjoyed the sounds of people having sex because windows were left open. The inside of the hotel is even scarier. We rented a room here because it was close to Knotts. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but it was gross. The room was stale, the bathroom was gross & looked unclean. Then our neighbors (3 men) were standing and throwing beer bottles off the balcony & smoking some stuff . . . I called the front desk and was told they would say something but that these […] people were allowed to make "noise" until 10pm. I was like are you kidding me, throwing 40 beer bottles into the nearby parking lot is "noise"?! Then we call the front desk for an iron & ironing board beause the room didn't have one. We were told they were all out . . .I'm thinking to myself this is ridiculous ! how are you out ?! So wrinkled clothes are what we had to wear that night. Needless, to say we checked out the next morning & found a different hotel to stay at. If you are looking for a poorly re-done motel 8, then stay here. We travel to California often and this hotel is a good choice. not too far from Disneyland or Knotts. Basic breakfast was good.

So, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The beds were fairly comfortable too.... but, the place needed a serious overhaul. Maybe a firehose would help??? Or they could tear it down and start over.... I guess you get what you pay for, but I expected more from a Days Inn.

Decent hotel stay for the price. No complaints. Got what we paid for...would recommend this hotel if staying in the Anaheim area if on a budget and just need a place to sleep at night.

I booked 3 nights at this motel, based on location and price. This place is a dump! If I could have gotten a refund, or even the amount I prepaid put onto a different motel, I would have done so. The microwave sits on top of the fridge that is placed between the door, and the A/C unit, making getting around the bed nearly impossible. Yet there is a large space right next to the TV cabinet where the fridge could go. The free continental breakfast is in the lobby. They have 3 tables set up (different than depicted) which is a welcome relief from the stench in the hotel room, to sit and eat. The breakfast is toast, dry cereal, coffee, donuts. The staff comes in and helps themselves to the coffee. The reception desk is the highest I've ever seen, like an Army foxhole, and they are hiding back there. The neighborhood is very undesirable. The cont. breakfast is only cereal/donuts/milk. if you don't get down there early you are out of luck. Better Days Inn then this one. If you have room in the back-you can't see your car. Skimpy towels in the bathroom. Won't stay there again.

The bed you could feel the metal springs. Hotel was very old and the bathroom was small. The coffee maker was covered with dust, guess that way no one would use it .

Not bad for the price and location. There are a couple other hotels that were cheaper closer to Knotts Berry Farms that didn't show up in hotels.com. Also no iron in room.

It's an older hotel and the conditions are 'less-than-ideal'. The door to my room needs repair/replacement. The key lock did not work well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was totally 'continental' - no protein choices (i.e., hard boiled eggs, etc). It was cheap - that's why I stayed there - probably won't go back.

this hotel should of been a motel. my room floor was soild with dirt as if the carpet had'nt been cleaned in years. when you walk on the floor your feet would become as black as the dirty carpeted floor. The refrigerator was nasty and oily as if hadn't been cleaned in a while. This was by far the nastiest hotel room i've ever been in.

For a very attractive price, you received a convenient location and a small breakfast. Really decent for what we paid. It was one long block away from Knott's Berry Farm. It eliminated the cost of parking at the amusement park by being able to walk there. Quiet location. Will definitely go there again if we travel down to Disneyland in the future.

We chose to stay in this hotel for the Memorial day weekend due to its close proximity to Knotts berry Farm. It would recommend it for a short stay if you are looking for a cheap & affordable accommodation. Breakfast was below average with the choice of only Bread, Donuts and Cereals.

I guess for the amount that we paid it was okay. the room was clean, the outside of the Hotel could use a paint job. The storage room off the office needs to be hidden from the public eye, very unattractive to customers checking in,scary looking, we almost didn't check in.Parking lot and walk ways need to be washed down and swept,very dirty. the complimentary breakfast was non-existent, the rooms are very old and dingy.

overall was a good stay. room was clean, staff were very friendly would stay again.

The rooms were much nicer than I expect them to be. The outside may look a little shady but really, for the price they are asking it's worth it. We got a late checkout and they had donuts too :) Friendly staff

This hotel is close to major freeways, Grocery stores, Gas stations , malls, amusement park, etc. excellent house keeping and rooms come with equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave oven perfect for and large enought for most of your needs. This is a filthy hotel and in desperate need of updating and cleaning. The carpet was so filthy we could not walk on it barefoot as the soles of our feet turned black. The room was not vaccuumed. The floor was filthy. The room looked like it had not been dusted in weeks. We stayed for 5 nights and had the room cleaned every morning. It was ok. The cleaning products was strong in the room I couldnt air it out because their was big mosquito look a like outside and one came in and I had to chase it.

If you DO NOT care that the bed is like a rock and the hotel looks gross and rundown or that the office staff are jerks and act like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay there, then you'll be fine. If you DO NOT want to be treated rudely or stay somewhere uncomfortable, then RUN AWAY! There is no way this motel (and I use the term loosely) […] ever has repeat guests. I was told that i could check in at 11:00am but when i arrived i was told that check in would not be until 3:00 and after. I also reserved two ajoined room...explained to the person reserving that i had children therefor ajoined rooms was a must Later that evening when i checked in (10:30pm) i was told that they had no ajoined rooms. i had no choice […] but to take the two rooms that were separated by another room. i am from bakersfild california and planned a nice weekend at knotts for my family. Long drive, excellent and friendly service at front desk, very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Had a nice business stay.

Although the hotel is older, the room we had was quiet & comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice & provided extra towels when needed! We will definately be back.......
