Hotel Center 1,2,3 - Rim

Everything was as described on their website. The room was spartan but clean, as was the bathroom. There was good water pressure too. I would not stay there on a romantic trip, I thought the room was a little too austere for that, but I would certainly use it again for a train connection, for which it was perfectly acceptable.

The drain to the shower was really slow so the water accumulated to the point where I had to turn off the shower head in order to let it drain. It was kind of annoying, but a relatively minor issue for me as the rest of the service was great. Good complimentary breakfast and only a 10 minute walk from Termini. Hotel was in a bad location, its a good walk from the train station however if you have luggage its bad. Taxis will charge you double rate because its a one way street. So they had to travel all around the train station to get to the hotel. even though we were on the first floor we had to climb two flights of stairs, one down & the other up to get to […] our room - no elevator access. had to call the front desk to turn on the TV to turn on the heater to turn on the lights. It got old after the first day. After a day of exploring the city during the winter time the last thing you want to do is come to a cold dark room. We spent about 10 days in Rome and toured all the sites walking, bussing, tramming and Hotel 123 was great for getting to Termini. The hotel room was adequate, air conditionining worked a treat and kept us sane. We would have liked English news on the satellite TV but it was not to be. This was convenient to the train station and a pleasant location. We were able to walk to many areas of the city and get easily to the metro. Pleased with the staff and accommodation.

i am a new yorker and i walk about 3 miles a day in my regular life. I would highly recommend the 1,2,3 to able bodied young people like myself. not for my momma though. it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the front entrance of the Termini. hotel piccolo e molto lontano da termini(soprattutto se ci si muove a piedi e non con i mezzi), in pratica è situato a porta nuova quindi almeno 3km dall'uscita di termini. il personale lascia un po a desiderare, mi hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno ed ho dovuto richiedere la ricevuta io personalmente, mi hanno mandato in stanza dopo il check in senza […] darmi i telecomandi per la tv, ed una volta risceso per richiedere il telecomando mi sono trovato davanti una persona indifferente che con malavoglia mi ha passato il telecomando.Tornato in stanza ho scoperto che la tv non funzionava..ed ho capito perchè non mi hanno dato il telecomando. Altro lato negativissimo per me, mi hanno dato un bagno senza bidè, credo che si veda lontano 1km che sono italiano e quindi non concepisco in italia delle stanze d'albergo senza i servizi igienici di base!!!unica nota positiva il prezzo (59 euro) però il gioco non vale la candela. Hotellet är i bra skick och rummet vi bodde i var rent, men ganska litet. Det ligger relativt nära Terministationen, men en bit ifrån de flesta sevärdheterna. Kvarteren i närheten är ganska bedagade, men intressanta, då de förefaller vara Roms chinatown. Ett plus att hotellet har ett väskrum där man kan förvara väskorna efter att man har checkat ut […] i väntan på flyg eller tåg. stanza pesssima, rumorosissima, letti scomodi, puzza di umido. consiglio solo in casi estremi. sicuramente c'è di meglio a quel prezzo.

Posizione dell'hotel ottima per chi deve prendere un treno dalla stazione Termini, vicino anche al centro della città. Unica pecca è che essendo nel quartiere della stazione la sera non è propriamente consigliabile passeggiare nei pressi dell'hotel.

Ottima la colazione a buffet in terrazza!

Et godt hotel, der ligger centralt i Rom, hvorfra der er gåafstand til seværdighederne. Hotellet oplyser at der er continental breakfast. Den er efter min mening meget spartansk

In vergelijking tot andere hotels in centraal Rome ligt dit misschien net iets minder centraal, (nog steeds op loopafstand) maar de prijs is daardoor veel lager. En de lagere prijs doet niet af aan de netheid van het hotel, want het is keurig verzorgd, schoon en comfortabel. Een aanrader!

Beliggenheten var grei med gangavstand til det meste. (Vi liker å gå, men buss og metro er i umiddelbar nærhet om det ønskes. OK betjening, frokosten var meget enkel.

Vi hadde gledd oss til ein fin tur til Roma, men daa vi ankom hotellet blei vi utskjelt etter noter. Datasystemet fungerte ikkje, saa mannen i resepsjonen fann ikkje bestillinga vaar, og skjelte oss ut fordi han syntest vi kunne tatt eit tidlegare fly og dermed kome tidlegare. Han snakka om kor teite desse litauske, russiske eller "whatever" jentene […] var som trudde vi skulle paa 5stjerners hotell (Det hadde vi aldri sagt noko om). Han hadde aldri hoyrt om denne nettsida som vi bestilte gjennom. Til slutt blei vi likevel sendt inn shabby bakgate og ein ny resepsjon. Vi fekk eit lite rom med kun eit stille paa airconditionen, og vi maatte ringe resepsjonen for aa skru den paa eller av (resepsjonen var stengt om natta, altsaa ingen mulighet for aa angre..) Badet minte om ein bad i ei campingvogn (knottlite) og dora paa dusjen gjekk ikkje igjen. Minibaren var tom, og vi fekk ikkje kontroll til tv-en (kunne ikkje slaa den paa).
