Clean rooms, friendly staff, and continental breakfast (not a huge variety of foods, but decent). The location is north of the airport in an area where there isn't really much of anything. But, a short drive gets you to a lot :)

I have stayed at this hotel before and it seems the price this time was $30-$40 higher than a few weeks ago. This was a work trip so I stayed where it was convenient for the group. However, if I was traveling by myself I would think it was overpriced.

The hotel was under renovation in the lobby when we were there. Overall the experience was good. The cleanliness was good and it was in a very good location.

My wife and I had an overall ok stay. Everything was really good except the leaking faucet in the shower that dripped all night. I ended up wrapping a towel around the faucet head so the constant dripping sound didnt keep us up all night. This Hotel worked out great. It was located only 4-5 miles from the airport. Very clean and friendly service. Breakfast was good, had the waffle makers! and a large dining area. Thank you for a wonder stay.. The staff was very nice especially Phil at the front desk when we checked it.. He was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.. The room was nice and cold :) since it was a tremedouly hot day outside. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommed this hotel.. It was close to everything and not very hard to find.

The staff including the shuttle driver were extremely helpful. A recommendation for a restaurant met our needs exactly. The shuttle was on time and clean. The driver very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was clean however we had to have the room by the elevator so it was very noisy. We tried to check in at 2:55 pm and there were no rooms ready yet and about 11 people in the lobby ahead of us. When we arrived for Check in I was told that there were not any clean rooms available and to sit in the lobby area for 5-10 minutes to let the cleaning ladies finish up. I said okay and sat down. After about 10 minutes I saw that the front desk attendant was handing out room keys to other people that arrived after me. I was dis-pleased with the first front desk associate's professionalism. The room was decent. It wasn't GREAT but it was only a one night stay and it met my expectations. Didn't realize the hotel was in the flight path, the pillows were not good and flat and the beds are uncomfortable. The air conditioner condensation made the floor wet if not kept at 70!

It is very near the exit and onramp for Veteran's Expressway which leads south to airport or north to other sites. The carpet in the halls could use a cleaning to spruce up the overall impression. This hotel was really great! Very friendly staff, Phil at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. He gave me any directions that I needed. The room was very clean and I felt very safe. The only drawback was its location to the aiport, because once in a while a plane would fly overhead. But overall great experience!

After a long day of travel arriving in Tampa at 12:30 at night we were greated by mike at the airport with his shuttle van. We booked this hotel for an overnight stay New Year's Even when we went to Busch Gardens. It was not as close as we had hoped as it was a 30 minute drive from the park. There wasn't much around it in the way of restaurants either. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and a great perk.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Waters Ave with my family and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great! Throughout the day you can also get complimentary snacks and in lthe evening cookies. This is a nice hotel with a pleasant eating area, nice pool, and good service. It is near a Target and regular Walmart for any incidentals you might need. It is literally right off the Veterans Toll Road so easy access from the airport. It also has a shuttle to and from the airport. You would probably want to call for information about using it.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn is just what we expected and is the reason why we usually choose Hampton Inn and Suites when we travel. We checked in later in the evening and it went smoothly and quickly. They accomodated us well considering that we had a large number of guests with our party and we were having a 100th birthday celebration in their meeting room.
