Returned to the hotel Friday morning to discover the power was out. At first there was an emergency light in the hallway, then that went out too. No air, no phones, no lights. Was not able to get ready for the day. Had to pack everything up in the dark. Asked front desk for a flashlight, the ONE they had was being used by another guest. They anticipated […] the power to be off for more than 4 hours. Staff not very helpful or apologetic for the inconvenience. Waterpark is very expensive. Look online for coupons! we got daily coupons for $9 vs. $25.00 daily regular price. Waterpark is VERY hot inside... over 90 degrees always. Guest services were bad... we never got our extra blanket or towels. Food was VERY expensive, so we took shutter other places to eat for 1/2 the price. Hotel Pizza's were $24 each […] and dominos delivers there for cheap.... 2 pizzas cost less than hotel's one pizza. Everything was over priced... except our reservation cost, because we were switched form another hotel at no extra cost to us. Hotels.com was great... hotel itself was not work the price. if what you want is a low price for a hotel then this is good, but don't expect too much. from vending machine not working, to could not get in to hotel from side door, the clerk that cheek me in did not know about what services they had had to ask other clerk. i would go back alone for the low price but not with family.

I was impressed with this hotel! The manager to maintenance men to the security guy to the housekeeping!!! You all where the most polite people I came across the whole time I was in Minnesota! The hotel was under construction but it looked disgusting. The floors were dirty and cracked, the roof was leaking, the slides looked as though they were going to fall apart at any moment, and the room was very hot. We talked to the front desk while waiting for a food delivery and they informed us there was only 15 room occupied. I was wondering why […] they would put is in a part of the hotel that they are doing construction in when there were so many room available. The carpet in our room was wet and it smelled like mildew and we had the a/c turned full blast and it was loud and never even cooled the room sufficiently. We only had to stay one night, but we had planned staying longer I would have asked for my money back versus staying another night in that dump. My lesson learned- Just because it has the name Ramada, doesnt mean its going to have the same standards of the rest of the Ramada's that ive stayed in. Definantly DO NOT bring kids here just because it has a pool. The place is not at all family friendly, spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else. Pročitajte više

Unfortunately the condition of the hotel at the time was only ok. At the time they were going a renovation and of course as expected with any large scale renovation it got in the way at times.

Dirty bed linens, poor security, keys did not work in the exit closest to my room, hair in the toilet, no hot water. the management on dutythe next morning told me that they were not to put guests in the rooms where I was put as there was no hot water. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They didn't have my registration, my keys stopped working every day and at check out they told me that I was not in their system. They didn't clean our room and we had to call the front desk for supplies. Nothing went right. NEVER stay here.

The hotel was dirty and not well maintained. The waterpark was the same. We were told new owners had just taken over a couple weeks ago, so hopefully they can get it back into shape. The staff were friendly and tried to be as accomadating as they could.

Great hotel and good customer service. Very prompt and quick to address issues. I liked how there were accessible side entrances since the hallways were very long. The hotel is also very close to the freeway and there is plenty of close parking. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice as well.

The computers were down when we arrived, which is an understandable setback. But after getting checked in we were informed that we should "make sure to knock on the door before entering" as there was a possibility that the room was already occupied.This should have been our first indication! Fortunately, our (poolside) room was empty. It was also stifling […] hot. We turned on the air and decided to go to the water park. Big disapointment. Half of the slides were not running, there was caution tape wrapped around a broken "palm tree" in the middle of the kids pool. There were no towels at the water park, so, my daughter and I walked dripping wet, in our swimsuits, to our room. Much to our dismay, our key didn't work. So we had to walk to the lobby and stand in line to get a new key. Brrr...the air conditioning works very well in the lobby! Our room never got cool, in fact, as the air ran, it seemed to get more and more humid, as though the cooled air was coming from the pool. That night, we had the pleasure of listening to a wild party until at least midnight- (i'm old, ok?) complete with vulgar language and racial slurs. When I called the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do because the occupants had paid for a room. The internet was down the whole weekend, so much for getting anything work-related accomplished. Also, a minor annoyance, most of the ice machines were broken, we had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor to get ice. All in all---an AWFUL trip!!! Pročitajte više

Not for the picky traveler! We actually went there as a last minute escape from the heat. It was fun and fairly low cost -met our needs-but it needs some tlc. A poorly managed hotel with "out of order" signs all over the place, including ice machines and internet service. Despite multiple issues, the hotel staff was unapologetic. One family member had jewelry stolen from room. Savings were not worth the hassle and inadequate services.

Check-in was slow. Our room smelled of mildew. Made reservations for 2 adults, 3 kids and had 2 bath towels during shower time and waited 15 minutes for more towels as I used a hand towel to wipe off with. The pool area is nice but there were teenagers, unsupervised, swearing and rough housing to the point I had to take my children out of there. Overall, […] unhappy about stay. The restaurant was dirty the night of our stay and they were short staffed, out of nachos. Waitress was forgetful. In the morning, loud music during buffet. Things were not stocked. The room was not ready when we checked in. No towels, ice in the ice chest, dirty overall. after checking in three men keyed themselves in claiming to be on a service call. they turned out to be the owners. The desk clerk gave us a new room. The rugs were horribly stained. The entire hotel is musty. The waterpark was adequate, however the locker rooms […] were dirty, urinals did not flush, drains in the floor a mess. The hotel pool was fair. Suppose to open up at 7AM, at 815 it was still locked with guests waiting to get in. Poor A/C. Poor neighborhood. Horrible service in dinning area. Ice machine did not work half the time. One day the dinning area wasn't even open past the time their posted hours stated. The one good thing was the water park. Our kids did enjoy themselves there. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.
