we did not try the restaurant but the hotel lobby was beautiful the rooms were outdated though but clean.

We got to the hotel around 9:30pm and our first room was very stuffy and we had to change rooms because the air did not work. The second room was better but the tv channels were fuzzy. The breakfast down stairs was horrible and I would not recommend it. We would probably try the Hyatt or Embassey Suites next door if we stayed in the area again.

It was relaxing for my wife and me. Like the variety of restaurants near the Hotel. Very close to the Anaheim GardenWalk, Downtown Disney & The Outlets at Orange. All 3 locations have nice movie theaters.

We normally stay at higher end Hotels... and when visiting Disneyland (which this trip was) we stay at the Grand Californian. However this time we decided last minute to go to Disneyland and the Grand California was fully booked. We then decided to "Rough it" with a lesser hotel.. but we ended up not roughing it at all. The Food from the restaurant […] was AWESOME. and delivered to our room very fast. We also needed a crib which was great quality and also delivered very quickly. Only reason we probably wont stay again is that we love the close proximity of the Grand Californian... but if we need a hotel while not on a Disneyland trip I would certainly look for this hotel. I loved the Sleep extras (lotion and spray) on the bed but we only got them the first night :-( It took a while for them to check us in and I was tired and a bit cranky. We parked in Valet hostess said it was fine and it was however we were charged the valet parking AND the resort fee parking. Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly.

Hotel is very nice & clean inside. Super quiet and felt safe. Location of hotel is a little far from Disneyland to walk but only a few minute drive. Came to this hotel with family and asked for a ajoining room, one with a queen bed and bunk bed and one with a king bed. When we arrived at the hotel they had not booked us to the correct room as they reassured me they did when I booked the 2 rooms an paid. The hotel apologized and stated they did not have any rooms with bunk beds left but could give us to queen beds and the other room with a king as we requested. Staff stated are rooms would b ajoining however when we arrived in the room we realized they were ajoining however not with or family but with strangers . I was tired an just wanted to relax but about 30 minutes later a staff member came an notified us tht we would be moving a few doors down to a different room tht ajoins to my family. He apologized tht he had made an error when finding us rooms. Staff apologized an gave us free valet and meal tickets for buffet breakfast at the hotel resturants. WOW what a hotel..... Stayed at the Hilton and this hotel put it to shame....... Excellent service, beautiful rooms, clean, near to everything, stunning pool setting and great atmosphere...... Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday to Disneyland

This was a very accomodating hotel. The lobby has an area to get Disneyland tickets and then to get a free shuttle to the park. The room was clean and a bargain for the price. A Starbucks next door and restaurants outside the door add to this hotel's amenities.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and in good condition. The only problem we had was the parking is first come first serve or you have to park in a back lot, not good for a person who is handicapped like me. I only saw 4 available handicap spaces.

After reading many good reviews of this hotel my new wife and i decided to book, knowing how close the shuttle was to disneyland. But after getting into our room from along drive down the coast it was not what we were expecting. The service was very good. When we checked into the room, we noted that there was no refrig. which we needed for medicine. Called the front desk and they were up to the room within minutes. We would stay there again if in the area.

I have stayed here in the past and been satisfied. However, the maintenance of the hotel has dropped dramatically. My bedding smelled like urine. The ironing board was in pieces. LIght bulb burned out. FLapper valve in toilet needed to be replaced. I am outraged that I was charged $14.00 per day for "resort fees", total of $52.00. This was not disclosed on the Expedia reservation confirmation. The hotel indicated there was nothing they could do and my complaint needed to be taken up with Expedia. Other travelers beware of this bogus charge.

I decided to take my mom on vacation for a week in California because we've never been, and figured this would be a good hotel to stay at because of where it's located. It's about a thirty minute drive from Huntington Beach--a beach I recommend going to if you're ever in the area! It's also incredibly close to Disney, and they offer a free shuttle service […] that will take you to and from the park. There's a Starbucks right next door, a Joe's Crab Shack, Outback Steakhouse, and Red Robin in the parking lot right across from the hotel, and then there's a Target directly across the street. Everything we could've possibly needed was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the hotel is beautiful. The pool was nice for the price we paid, but nothing impressive. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. I can't complain about anything except for one of the crabby women behind the coffee shop counter. The hotel was quite beautiful for a 31/2 star hotel. The large outside pool was heated. The front desk staff were very helpful at finding us a place to go out at night. The room was immaculate.
