I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. The lobby is clean and simple yet a total deception! Behind closed doors, the rooms are awful! They are bare, dirty, and old! The bed is like a rock and was so loud that every time I turned around it would wake me up!?! Worst of all was that the hotel charged me $34 for valet that I did not even use. […] When I said I wanted the charge removed I was told "it was only $34 and it cant be removed". After much frustration I was assured it would be taken off. No big surprise when the charge showed up two weeks later on my credit card bill! I have stayed in many hotels and this by far has been the worst! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! Pročitajte više

This boutique property was about 10 minutes walking distance from the convention center. definitely need to dine at the basement restaurant, Bond St., if you favor fresh, creative sushi.

Good location for access to Miami convention center (5 minutes walk) and not too far from Lincoln Street mall. Basic but clean. I liked the white painting. Included breakfast. Is continental Housekeeping, sometime late and once forgot to put towels.

It was for a conference at convention center. It was absolutely best location. Very close from the beach and close from the convention center. Hotel was clean and very quiet. Service was good. Only bad thing was breakfast area. It was too small and too crowded. Not enough water, juice but overall, OK. I recommend this hotel for any business trip.

Everything was eh OK. I guess compared to other hotel options, this place offers decent value for the price. Location is good. The Townhouse Hotel provided exactly what I needed during my latest trip to Miami - a clean, quiet and comfortable room. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. I would stay at the Townhouse again.

Great value. Good location...near the action but not in it. Good access to the beach and within walking distance to most of South Beach. Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but good, basic and well-designed rooms.

The hotel was immaculately clean in the rooms. We arrived from a cruise at about 11 am but as seniors, felt we needed to get out of the hustle and bustle. . Could not get into our room until 2:30 pm, although we asked for special consideration, Their check in is from 3:00 pm.The Parisian breakfast had great croissants, french bread, boiled eggs, bagels, […] cream cheese and pots of jam. Some specialty coffees were available too. The french bread was really good.We suspect that the area was quite tony years ago and a lot of hotels are renovating. Ours looked like it had been renovated but the furniture appeared to be Ikea style. With ceramic tile floors,and no drapes we did not have to be concerned about cockroaches. Had a great time at the Townhouse. The hotel feels like going to someones beach house for the weekend. The location is perfect. Next to some of the best nightlife. We took our wine to the roof terrace and had a great time before going out. The room was simple but quite nice. Very clean.

It was a great 9 day stay & I can't complain about a thing. The hotel was clean, friendly staff & in the perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to couples or a group of friends. I think for a family you would need to have a pool, which the townhouse doesn't have.

This hotel is very close to beach. You can walk there in 3 mins. It has good breakfast. But the room is small and old. Wifi sucks. I just got connected once.

Great location, very modest comforts. When we arrived air condition was not properly working, that was not fixed. At night there was alot of music from the next door club until 4 am. Otherwise great location close to the beach, nice staff.

Room a bit small but nice. Very good european breakfast, for free. Free wifi. Nice staff. Very close to the beach (3 minutes by walking) and shopping. Nice ambience. Sushi bar downstairs very good but really expensive (14 usd a cocktail, 12 usd a couple of sushis). Vallet is mandatory at 25 usd/night.

Great hotel, lovely breakfasts. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free beach towels everyday was a nice bonus! The beach is only seconds away from the front door so we were able to go for a swim every morning before breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for three nights in Sept with my girlfriend. We found every single person we encountered who worked there to be nice, helpful and very service oriented. The breakfast each morning was continental but the options were delicious and the woman who worked there made some terrific lattes. The coffee was hot and tasty too. First time in ages I […] haven't needed to visit a coffee shop. The rooms are clean but minimalist and perfect for our needs on this trip. And the location was an easy 15 minute walk to the strip on Ocean and ensured we were in a fairly noise free zone when we finally went to bed. more of a facade than anything......great location that's about why I stayed there. No secure door at night anyone coming in and out without a key card or no one at front desk. housekeeping sometimes gives you towels, or sometimes handtowels, sometimes washcloths.....was always a surprise.

The hotel is located in a nice area in South Beach, you can see all of the nightlife and stores are very close. The only complains I have about the hotel is the cleanliness and comfort. The shower curtains have some brown residue on them, the bed had hair follicles and the hotel smells............ really weird like old & musty, had to buy a can of glade […] to spray my room. The bedding could be more comfortable as you are lying on only a mattress. I would suggest getting mattress pads or something of the nature. Other then that The bar downstairs was good as well as the breakfast. Room was a little small, but big enough for 2 of us (which I guess is normal for Miami). Included breakfast was 10x better than your typical continental breakfast. About 200 feet from the entrance to the beach! Very clean. Friendly staff. It was raining, but roof deck was very nice also.
