A good traditional hotel with lots of character. Ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Polite friendly and efficient reception staff. If you call the reception and book thier car to pick you up from the airport it will cost less than jumping into a taxi (and it's also safer as most taxi's are barely road worthy and driven by maniacs). Rooms […] are comfortable and well furnished. WIFI works well. Well stocked mini bar but not facilities for making hot drinks. Good breakfast in an ancient vaulted cellar. I did not visit the restaurant as it is a little formal for my tastes. "Wonderful stay in "Old Town" Vilnius"
The experience of staying for 4 nights was hassle-free. We used the free wired internet on a daily basis and ate at the buffet breakfast each day. The breakfast was awesome. We used no other services from this "5 Star" hotel. It cost us more than the average hotel rate for Vilnius which was our way of pampering ourselves. But the rate was still lower […] than a 3-star in London or Paris. The beds were harder than American beds (but we like that so it was perfect). The windows were soundproofed so being over the street was not a problem. The shower was big enough for two people with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The cotton robes were a great way to drive off after the shower (but the slippers were cheap). We asked about going to Trakai Castle and they offered us a car and personal driver for 3 hours at a cost over $400! I am sure they have people who would pay for this type of personal service. We, on the other hand, paid $2 each and took a bus to Trakai. The bus ride definitely gets you with the locals and adds to the experience. The hotel is located in an excellent spot near the Cathedral on the pedestrian (mostly) street that runs through old town. We would stay at this hotel again. Pročitajte više

"Luxury in Vilnius"
This hotel is outstanding. From the perfect location in old Vilnius to the delicious breakfast and clean and cozy room, you will be happy you stayed here. It us in a historic building and has been updated completely, but they have left some if the history (old wall painting, original stone cellars) which enriches the experience.

A very good hotel. I've stayed in Vilnius maybe 20 times and tested numerous hotels there. Narutis is the second best just beaten by Ramada hotel. Location is perfect and rooms cozy! You will enjoy staying at the Narutis!
"Nights in Vilnuis though."
Not a bad place if you're training for an Artic expedition. There are many beautifully restored buildings to see, a wonderful array of musuems and parks. What you will not see much of is the bar culture that dominates western Europe. People tend to stay at home and then go to a nightclub later on in the evening. "The Narutis Hotell var mitt i smørøyet"
Våre forventninger til hotellet ble absolutt innfridd. Et hotell med historisk sus på alle måter. Hotellet hadde også en bil med sjåfør til disposisjon til en rimelig penge. På den måten kom vi oss ut til blant annet til Trakai. Å leie sykkel var også hotellet behjelpelig med . Utleie ligger rett ved hotellet. Maten på hotellet MÅ bare oppleves. Dyrt […] sammenlignet med andre opplevelser, men verd alle pengene! Spa avdelingen var også fin, men kunne vært mere til disponibelt på dagtid, uten at det kostet penger og ikke bare gratis på morgenen. Vår totale opplevelse av hotellet og beliggenheten var topp!!! Hotellet er Ok. Betjeninegen var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Men mener bestemt at dette ikke tilfredstiller 5 stjerner. Sengene var ukomfortable. Frokosten var minimal. Det er veldig lytt - eller støy fra resepsjonen på det rommet vi hadde, siden vindusiden vender innover. Beliggenheten er jo topp med tanke på å besøket i gamlebyen.

Narutiksen kuvaus poikkeaa täysin todellisuudesta. "Sisäpiha" ei minkäänlainen. Huoneet ovat pieniä, tunkkaisia, todella kuluneita ja maali rapisee seinistä. Kokolattiamatto täynnä erivärisiä likaläikkiä ja minijääkaappi haisi kuvottavalle. Naapurihuoneen tv:n katselu kuuluu seinien läpi ja ilmanvaihtokanavan kautta leviää tupakan savu. Aamupalalla […] vähän tarjottavaa ja kaikki oli loppu jatkuvasti, sekä astiat että ruoka. Viikonloppuna kahvi oli hirvittävän makuista ja toisenlaisesta piti maksaa ekstraa (arkena aamupalan kahvi oli ok). Osa henkilökunnasta todella tylyjä. Hotellin takapihalla olevalle nurmikolle kerääntyi iltaisin nuorisoa juomaan alkoholia ja soittamaan musiikkia. Hyvää oli keskeinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Lomailemme ulkomailla 4 kertaa vuodessa ja aina 4 tai 5 tähden hotelleissa. Tämä ei todellakaan ole 5 tähden arvoinen! Hotelli ansaitsee korkeintaan 3 tähteä! Pročitajte više

Centrale, in stile, ben ristrutturato, ottimale per le visite turistiche al centro storico. La camera standard è leggermente inferiore alle tipologie degli altri pari classe ma ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Non all'altezza la colazione.

Hotellet var helt ok, men hadde støy om natten. Stiller spm om dette hotellet kvalifiserer til 5 stjerners, da Spa avdelingen var utrolig liten og manglet utlufting,samt hadde vedlikeholdsmangler og renhold. Som 4 stjerners hotel hadde vi ikke reagert. Vårt opphold ble noe negativt, da vi hadde større forventninger til et 5 stjerners hotel.

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt i gamlebyen i Vilnius. Flotte velholdte rom. Veldig høflige og hyggelige ansatte.

We had a great stay here in Narutis/Vilnius, we did however stay in the junior suite, so can't say anything about the normal rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast, perfect location. Only negative, the elevator was slooooow and only one. Anyway took the stairs, good excercise. :)

"отличный отель, великолепное расположение"
Отель действительно прекрасен, находится в пешеходной доступности от всех достопримечательностей города. Глядя в окно из номера, можно видеть, как водят экскурсии, тычут пальцами и рассказывают об этом историческом здании всякие интересности))) Рядом с отелем куча сувенирных лавок и ресторанчиков. Сам номер вполне себе уютный, небольшой, но очень милый. Собственный […] ресторан отеля находится в подвале с традиционными низкими сводчатыми кирпичными стенами - на любителя. Завтрак немного скудноват, но, как и положено, с шампанским. Для автопутешственников: у отеля есть хорошая собственная парковка, но найти ее самостоятельно невозможно - центр города весь увешен "кирпичами". Советуем оставить машину где-нибудь рядом и пройтись в отель пешком. Любезный портье потом сходит с вами за вашей машиной и покажет правильный заезд на неё. На ресепшн свободно говорят по-английски и по-русски. В общем, рекомендуем))) Pročitajte više

"Mitt i gamla stan"
Jättebra läge mitt i Gamla stan. Hotellets personal var serviceinriktade och tillmötesgående. Frukostbuffe innehöll det mesta, allt från äggröra till champange. Rummet var litet, men smakfullt möblerat. Rekomenderas!

Cozy and well located. Old-style furnished. Good choose both for business travels -free wifi and space to work in the room- and holidays.

Wie schon erwähnt wurde mich erklärt ich kriege ein neue Zimmer am nächsten Tag, was immer mit Umstände verbunden ist, der Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit. Dazu ist zu erwähnen das der Bettlampe nur in Gang eingeschaltet werden könnte, also mitten in der Nacht sich da zurecht zufinden nicht gerade optimal.Umziehen nach eine nacht ist auch nicht mit […] freude verbunden. Personal beim Frühstück haben sich lieber miteinander unterhalten als sich um die Gäste bemüht. Das essen in Rest.: Kalbsmedallion , sowas von Zäh, und die Gemüse praktisch gar nicht gekocht und ohne geschmack, von der Pilzsauce war nur was zum Ahnen, und das zu ein Horrendspreis, für Litauische Verhältnisse. Dazu finde ich der Preis für 1 l wasser auf dem Zimmer , 5 Euro!!!!, viel zu hoch. Hotelpersonal sonst ist SEHR zuvorkommend, und hilfsbereit. Pročitajte više

På Pilies Street, som är en gågata mitt i det historiska Vilnius, ligger Narutis, ett mysigt och välkomnande hotell inhyst i en gammal byggnad. Alla gemensamma utrymmen i hotellet, som också har en spa-avdelning, är omsorgsfullt renoverade och fyllda med konst. Restaurangen, med utsikt mot gågatan utanför, serverade läcker mat och utsökta viner. Frukostmatsalen […] som var inredd bland källarens stenvalv bjöd på nybakat bröd för alla smaker, charkuterier och småvarmt samt sist men inte minst färsk frukt och fräscha grönsaker.
