We stayed upon arrival and again the night before departing. The Hotel is an easy walk from the Airport and the signage in the Airport makes it easy to find. Our return stay there was not as fortunate. We were tired and chose to eat dinner in the restaurant. The staff was overwhelmed. My husbands beer was flat and my wine had a bug in it. The food was heavy and greasy. It was the most expensive meal of our ten-day trip! I would recommend a burger or pizza in the Lounge. The last stay did not include breakfast and looking at the room service breakfast prices, we opted for sandwiches at the Airport - an excellent choice. The little elevator at the end of the hotel sidewalk (leading to the Airport) is very creepy and upon leaving we found feces in one. Thankfully the other elevator was void of any void! Our stay began as an overnight after havin been on a cruise but changed when we decided to stay for a few extra days in Italy. We had asked for information on the trains to LaSpezia and were given aprint out of our paid tickets but the printer failed to include all the information such as car,seat numbers, etc, For half the trip we had to wait for the […] ticket taker to find where we were supposed to sit. Another problem, the hotel complimentary computer access was out of order and caused us to have an extra charge from the internet provider at the hotel which we had to attend to ourselves to cancel the charge because it wasn't working properly They were kind to allow us to leave some of our luggage while we traveled for a few days and also, they arranged for a driver to pick us up from the ship at civitaveccia. The hotel itself is not remarkable but the location is. it has all the standard conveniences you would expect from a Hilton, clean room and good service. We returned our rental car to the Rome airport and used the sky way to walk to the hotel ( 5min easy walk). Chose this location for our last days of vacation. Right at the Rome airport with free shuttle service to the city and to the US terminal. Convenient and great place to wind down before the long flight home. Staff was helpful and all spoke English. Great breakfast!

We stayed at this hotel a few nights ago and I was very satisfied with our experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in with our 16-month-old and they had accidentally put an extra twin bed in the room instead of a crib (which is what we had requested). They immediately came up and switched out the bed with a crib, […] while smiling and cooing at the baby. Traveling with a baby, we had a mountain of luggage and had called down to the front desk to ask for a bellhop and a taxi to the terminal for our departure. The bellhop came right on time, but instead of a taxi, they just took us in the hotel shuttle at no cost. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We ordered room service that was so-so, but it arrived very quickly. One huge bonus is that the Hilton is located inside the airport, which made our departure early the next morning extremely easy. And this is a small thing, but the toiletries provided were really nice. They smelled great and were on the luxurious side. I rarely use the toiletries provided because I'm picky about that sort of thing, but this time I used them and liked them. Seems what we paid for was the convenience of being close to the airport. The bed was uncomfortable - specifically the mattress was so hard sleeping was kind of hard to do! so having a fully stocked fridge to help you sleep was a really good idea! The restaurant was OK.

This is a decent hotel, but not worth the price unless you have an early morning flight to catch. Honestly, the only reason most people stay here (so I would guess), is that you can walk to Fiumicino from the hotel. My wife and I stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon to Italy because we had a flight that left Fiumicino at 8 am. As we walked toward our room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. When we got to the room, it smelled like an ashtray, and there was an actual ashtray in the room. It was obvious that we had been placed in a smoking room. I immediately when back to the reception desk to change rooms. The staff was cooperative and apologetic, but I just don't know why this mistake occurred in the first place. When we visit Rome again, I think we'll plan the trip so we don't have to leave so early in the morning and end up stuck at this hotel again. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at 11 am when we arrived early from Civitiveccia port after our cruise. We were just going to leave our bags and wait till 2pm which was the advertised time for check in. It is really disappointed to stay in this hotel. For the price I paid and the quality service that they deliver. The bathroom and bedroom is too small. The shower head need replacement. The bath tube had trace of mildew and wall cracking along the wall edges. The bathroom ceiling need some works.

The location can't be beat, especially if you have an early morning flight. It's a little pricey, the food wasn't great, and the wifi didn't work on my iPad, but in general I would recommend it for comfort of the rooms and the convenience.
