Great hotel. Does not nickel and dime you for the "little" things. Free parking, free breakfast, free laundry (which was great at the end of a two week long road trip). Comfortable room, laid out nicely. A little off the beaten path but I will certainly seek them out again !!!

We stayed at Larkspur to save costs, as opposed to staying in downtown Seattle. Larkspur, while being right next to I-405, isn't "right next" to a freeway entrance but not irritatingly far from one. It is in a hotel complex of sorts (Hilton, Marriot, etc, in same parking lot) so I imagine it is the most convenient you could find. They let us check in […] early (actually when we checked out, a woman was checking in at 11 am!) and they have hot cookies and coffee in the evening. Breakfast was okay. Lots of options. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and lots of options for seating which was nice (bed, easy chair, desk). Full kitchen was nice too although we didn't really use it. The biggest complaint I had is that the stock photos on Hotels.com are NOT for this location. There is no pool, only a hot tub and it is outdoors, not under cover. But even that is a small complaint really -- it was quite a comfortable, nice hotel as far as business hotels go. Pročitajte više

I was overall very pleased with the hotel. My chief complaint was the insufficient amount of sit down eating space in the breakfast area. The eating area was charming, but there just weren't enough seats & tables & there were no trays to take our breakfast back to our room.

Very helpful staff.Close to IKEA..a plus. Safe enough and well lit with a Hilton Garden in same lot. Hate sheets with polyester! The TV placement awkward..parallel to bed( ? just this room configuration?)Not much foidwise that was close..10 min to mall area.

It was fine and basic. Nice size room to allow for working in the room. Nice kitchen which allowed for in room meals. One complaint - the refridgerator had a very noisy motor.

building is old has an odore , bulbes used in lighting is so cheap that it is not healthy in reading at night , had to change first room due to high way noise ,second romm smelled like a rotten fish in the kitchen

The staff, both night and morning, at the location I stayed at was so helpful and so attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the walls are extremely too thin. I could hear every noise that was made in the hallways, the room next to us, and outside. It was so bad that my daughter woke up with every single noise.

This hotel is perfect if you are in between cities. It is close to the freeway and near a huge mall. When I travel I need a full kitchen for samples and this has it. The property is clean and the service is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was okay; it is located near the freeway alongside 3 other, similar hotels. Staff were friendly ... the only gripe I had was the heating system was really loud when it kicked on. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The other thing was that having a full sized fridge in your room also makes it a bit noisy when it kicks on and off. 1. After I checked in I was leaving and the door wouldn't lock I called the front desk and she said someone would call me back. I waited 10mins and called again and informed them that I have somewhere to go and needed the door lock. She said you can just leave you don't have to be there for maintenance to fix the door. I said yes I do I'm not going […] to leave my things in the room with the lock broken. Maintenance shows up 8mins later from the end of the second call and fix the lock. 2. When I came back to the room to shower the bathtub didn't look clean so I cleaned it and took a shower. 3. As I got ready to go to bed the sheets and comforter had spots on them I stripped the bed and slept under sheets that were clean, the bed was very uncomfortabale and I didn't sleep well. I did not call the front desk about issues 2&3 because it was late. I did let them know when I checked out. I will not stay at this location ever again. Pročitajte više

Our stay there was 2 nights. The team there could not have been nicer. Pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the noise from the expressway and there is not much in the area as far as nicer restaurants. But if you don't mind driving a bit this is a great place to stay for the price.

The handicap bath had a roll-in shower with a drain but there should be a second drain in the main floor of the bathroom for overflow. The room was very clean, no complaints. The bed was awesome, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The bathroom door was a sliding door without a lock - depending on how you hold the handle you may squish your hand against the wall, it happened to myself and my boyfriend a few times.. The experience at Larkspur was superb!! 5 mins away from Southcentre mall, easy access to I-5, 20 mins from Downtown Seattle, and close to anything! however, this hotel will only be worth it if you have your own vehicle as we did not notice any buses. If you are driving, I highly recommend it! Great price! Great service! Great People and quiet!!!

I was at Larkspur Landing in Renton, WA for 12 days. The only issue that I had during my entire stay was the mattress, however, the minute I mentioned it to the staff they brought in a new one - from there on out it was perfect. The hotel itself is WONDERFUL!! Absolutely FANTASTIC!! However, my friend had a fractured leg. When asked about a room, I just pointed out that her leg was in a walking boot/cast so something near the elevator would be nice. We were put as far away from the elevator as possible! You need a car to stay at this hotel as it is not in the centre of the action. Despite that this is a great hotel for the price. I really enjoyed the room and would recommend this property to anyone. The only negatives were that the finish - the upper corners in the bathroom - were peeling away from the wall - nit picking I know. The bed was awesome - really comfortable.

Larkspur Landing hotels are nice -- very comfortable and accommodating, especially for extended stays. My stay in the Seattle area is for a family gathering of nearly 2 weeks (I'm still here as I write this review; will write again if anything changes during the next several days of my stay). I have an executive suite, which has a separate bedroom. […] It was very comfortable in mostly all respects. Pros: spacious, the full kitchen (pots/pans, plates, flatware), large bathroom, though not at all "chic" surrounding neighborhood is close to everything -- airport, restaurants, easy access to highway into the city. A few small "cons" would be: limited breakfast offerings (though free); free wi-fi is slow (you have to pay for typical speeds). Also, the housekeeping midweek is very limited. I've already been here 5 nights and my room has not been vacuumed and my sheets have not been change. It isn't a huge issue, but I would think this level of cleaning should be done at least every 3-4 nights. I suppose I can request additional cleaning and will do so if it is not provided by tomorrow. The staff is very friendly. Nice flat screen TVs with HD service. DVDs a nice bonus. Overall a very nice option, particularly affordable with holiday discount pricing. Pročitajte više
