The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Location was perfect, literally next to the Pirámides station (which conveniently connects to Renfe and subway). Price was fair, service was good. I would stay there again!

It has exactly what you expect from a Hotel of the Holiday Inn chain. The room was big enough, was clean and the bathroom was very nice. The location of the Hotel is not really central, but it has a Metro (and train) station right outside the door of the Hotel, so you will be well communicated to all city attractions.

The hotel was in a perfect location. The access from the airport was easy, comfortable and cheap by 'Cercanias' train which shares a station with the metro system and the station is literally right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was not included for our room's price and during our stay for 2 nights, we had breakfast once and it was OK and costed […] only 12.5 euros for two persons. The bathroom was wide enough. As others said, it's at the top of the staircase for the Piramides exit--just make sure you take the exit that doesn't have the giant 'SALIDA' sign, go towards the exit with the little symbol that looks like an upside-down 'C' (it's another underground train system complementing the metro). All the staff were lovely and helpful, they gave us our room as soon as we arrive even if it was still a bit early. The breakfast is not bad and the location is great for the train and metro; if you are coming for the airport you'll be please to see the hotel as soon as you come to the train station to your right! I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. It was advertised to be much nicer than it actually was. I was traveling with some classmates in Madrid for the weekend. We wanted two double beds in each room and the hotels idea of two double beds was to have two single dorm room style bed pushed beside each other. There wasn't a way to separate them […] or spread out. The two beds combined was approximately the size of one queen bed. The room reminded me more of a dorm room than a hotel. Globalmente estancia satisfactoria. No destaca por su excelencia en ningún aspecto concreto, pero tampoco hemos encontrado carencias o defectos remarcables. Atención del personal del hotel correcta, amable y servicial. Muy práctico el hecho de tener la estación de metro justo delante del hotel.

Il Piramides si raggiunge facilmente dall'aeroporto in poco meno di un ora utilizzando la efficientissima metropolitana di Madrid. Proprio davanti all'hotel si trova l'ingresso unico che conduce sia alla metropolitana (linea 5) che alle banchine di una stazione della ferrovia metropolitana (Cercanias Renfe), oltre alla fermata di ben 6 linee di autobus. […] In 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro della città, 30 minuti se si sceglie di fare una passeggiata. Il famoso mercato del Rastro è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. L'albergo l'avevamo scelto perchè segnalato da Expedia e abbiamo anche usufruito della promozione weekend con la colazione inclusa (ottima, varia ed abbondante!). Tutto il personale si è dimostrato cortese e professionale. La nostra stanza comoda e pulitissima, con aria condizionata, minibar e cassaforte, nonchè radio e televisione (canali satellitari a pagamento). Se dovessimo tornare a Madrid, torneremmo sicuramente al Piramides. Questa è stata la nostra prima esperienza con Expedia e possiamo ritenerci più che soddisfatti di tutta l'organizzazione. Gute Lage des Hotels, gute Erreichbarkeit mit U-Bahn (Haltestelle vor dem eingang); ideal für einen privaten als auch geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel sehr gute Ausstattung, waren positiv überrascht. Angemessenes, am Sonntag gutes Früstücksbüffet. Freundliches Personal. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.
