Overall an enjoyable stay. Front desk staff were 1st class- well informed, well spoken,friendly and helpful at all times. Room and bed were huge with idyllic views. Daily cleaning was impeccable. Restuarant staff were friendly and professional. Great choice for breakfast, less choice for lunch and dinner but clean, well presented and perfectly cooked. […] Views across road to beach and Sugar Loaf were fantastic. Expensive during Carnival Week but to be expected, The only downsides were the cost of the laundry service, the carpets on the corridors were very worn but clean, the ensuite needs modernising although again spotlessly clean. A good hotel, breakfast buffet is great but do not do the lunch buffet which was 55 reals, which came to about $30. U.S.D. Also the wireless internet band width is not enough to load email. There is an internet cafe one block away for 3 reals an hour. I ended up going there every day and regreted bringing my laptop. The only english speaking employees […] are at the front desk. The hotel is located perfectly on the south of Copacabana beach. Still the room was ok, I did have ocean view for a little more than regular rooms, it does make a difference when only staying for the weekend. Beach front hotel rooms tend to be stuffy. Llegamos un miercoles y solo el lunes siguiente repararon la poceta. la habitacion de al lado le estaban haciendo reparaciones y molestaban con el ruido todo el dia. por ultimo pedimos una plancha y no tenian, que hotel 4 estrella no tiene una plancha, solo ofrecian enviarlo a la tintoreria y planchr una camisa costaba $15!!

Aunque el hotel queda ubicado en una excelente zona y cuenta con una vista hermosa, el cuarto que recibimos no era como lo pedimos. Además, el jacuzzi del hotel no funcionaba y no lo arreglaron en toda nuestra estadia. El trato de los empleados fue muy amable y el desayuno que ofrecen es de buena calidad, sin embargo siento que deberian de remodelar […] los cuartos ya que no lucen en el mejor estado. Gosto dos hoteis da rede Windsor, porém o Miramar precisa de uma reforminha. Nos demais serviços me senti muito satisfeita. Recomendo sim.
