The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel interior looks a little dated but the room was modern. I have no complaints other than the washcloths were thin and rough but the towels were great. I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times while visiting our daughter at Univ of Alabama. It is consistently clean and comfortable and fairly easy to get to. The parking lot is rather small so sometimes it is hard to find a spot. My only complaint is with the front entry from the parking lot. Overall, we had a very nice stay! The girl who checked us in was very patient and helpful, even though she had just helped a VERY needy lady in front of us. Front desk service was great. Very respectful and attentive. Breakfast was standard.. a bunch of pastry type stuff and eggs and diced ham to make burritos with. Location was exactly what I needed and very easy to get in and out of. I chose this hotel completely on it being the most expensive within 0.5 miles of my event and was disappointed with the […] size of the room and overall quality. I had stayed at a room for literally half the price on the way to the event the night before that was huge (room for 4 people to move) and had a great bathroom. I expected more out of a suite. Juat standard size is all it was, or maybe even smaller. The bathroom was so small only one person could use the vanity to get ready. The shower stopper wouldn't stay up and let water drain so I had to find something to wedge in while we showered. And lastly, the towels were thin and rough. This is the nicest motel in which I've stayed in Tuscaloosa. The room was large, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed and plush linens were extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to return to this Country Inn and Suites at night. We have been going to Tuscaloosa for over 20 years and would not stay any where else. The staff and rooms are great. It is easy to get around to the University and town because it is close to the interstate. We love the room rate as well!!

Toilet problems elicited a simple, "The maintenance guy is already gone home." Their was only one remote for the two TV's. Rusty environmental unit in the room. My sweet wife made this reservation for me and my son for a night back to our "second hometown" while she had already made her way to Huntsville (her birthplace & hometown). We met here while in school @ UofA and stayed after finishing school. Our son was born here in '98 and he had not been back here since '01. So it was a great time to visit and […] show him what we consider "God’s Country". They hotel was nice, clean, and perfect for us to lay our weary heads down after a long day of travel. My only disappointment, not having chosen the right bed where the nightstand was on "my side of the bed". :-) It was a little out of the way from campus traffic and our old house there, but we knew that going in. Great location for us to go to the ballgame. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. Great room but had to run fan on air unit because could hear the people next door. Not sure if that was the walls or just loud people. Would stay again.
