Nice and spacious rooms. Reception was very helpful for the request made. Very close to metro and super stores. We found it convenient with kids from a stay perspective. Not very close to major Paris attractions.

"Good for the price"
The rooms are smallish for a family of 4 but overall set up very nice. Good security, play area for kids, computer area for convenience, great location to Metro and train station. Parking was secure @ 20 euros per day. Carpet in room was worn. Would stay again for price and overall value.

Big hotel just by the metrostation Liberté. Stayed friday - sunday. Really nice facilities,looked new and fresh. Staff very helpful, proffessional and smiling. The only downsides are that 1) the metroride takes a while from the center, but then again it's Paris, so you'll get that almost everywhere 2) the à la carte was out when we wanted to have dinner […] in the restaurant, although it was late in the evening due to late arrival. "Novotel Paris Charenton - nice but not extravagant"
The reception area was nice, if small. The room was nice, clean, not super fancy, but it didn't cost that much. Staff were very friendly and professional. The surrounding area is nice: quiet, leafy suburb with huge park a block away. Not walking distance to Paris city centre, but the metro takes around 20 minutes to get in. I would stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the train station just opposite the road. the hotel staff is unfriendly, food very expensive and nobody speaks english. rooms are dated and smelly. Not a 4 start barely three.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it is very close to a metro station. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Only complain is about its restaurant. Very few menu choices and too pricey for the food we got.

Very nice hotel, we used it for a motorcycle tour as it has a secure underground car park, and was only about 30mins walk to the centre of Paris. The twin room was a little small for two double beds but on the whole I was very happy with the stay. The staff were very helpful too.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days with my wife and 7 month old baby and it was a blast, the hotel for starters (on short notice and gratis) gave us a complimentary baby cot which was immediately very useful. Our allocated room and Hotel in general were spotless and very comfortable, the staff we liaised with were always very polite and helpful to attend […] to all our requests and it wasnt a fluke. The hotel is a minute walk away from the Metro which is 20+ minutes way from Gare Du Nord (for the Eurostar travellers) and there's a small/ budget shopping mall with a supermarket also a few steps away from the hotel & with some other restaurants around the area, shame to have read someone's review, scoring the hotel low on the fact that it was 'far from Central paris' but hey, they never said it was located around the 'more Central' arrondissments. "Good hotel but a distance from central Paris"
Good hotel with the Liberte metro stop in front of the hotel. However, it is a distance from central Paris and there are very few amenities close by (shops, only a couple of not so cheap restaurants). The hotel is clean, friendly and well maintained.

Great hotel. Big rooms, good climate control, nice pool. No restaurants or grocery stores close to hotel, so unless you have a car, you have to eat the the hotel. Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn gut erreichbar. Somit umgeht man den Pariser Verkehr, welcher nicht zu unterschätzen ist. Die Metrostation liegt vorm Hotel. Bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 25Min., ohne umsteigen. Ums Hotel sind Essens- und Einkaufssmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel an sich ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer komfortabel.

Helt greit hotell og i og for seg mye for pengene. Ligger usentralt, men som mange har sagt før er det ikke noe problem før midnatt takket være metroen. Skikkelig vond seng og ikke lett å få en god natts søvn. Frokost er ikke inkludert og koster 15€/dag/pers. Dette er helt sikkert opplyst i bestilling, men når man blir forklart hvor og når frokost er […] ved ankomst er dette lett å glemme. Denne var riktignok meget god og sånn sett verdt 15 €. pour un 4 etoile il y a mieux , lit qui grince , obligé de changer de chambre , nouvelle chambre quelque trace de moisissures dans la douche , le retenue d'eau du lavabo obligé de me le reparer. donc pour un 4 etoiles et a se prix ont s'attend a mieux , ah oui l'intrephone de nuit ne fonctionne pas , dur dur pour rentrer le soir a l'hotel

Die Dame in der Lobby konnte uns bei jedem Problemchen und jeder Frage sehr gut helfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vor allem auch mit der Lage (ruhige Umgebung, direkt Metrostation vor der Tür, Supermarkt nebenan!). Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Badezimmer superneu und top modern! Alles in Allem auch für Touristen sehr zu empfehlen! All rooms are connected to a central AC system, only it didn’t work. With +35C it was too hot to spent any time in the room, and sleeping at night was a struggle for the whole week we stayed in this hotel. Chambres spacieuses, agréables mais je suis très déçues de l accueil assez froid du personnel. C est dommage de la part d un hôtel de cette classe. Accueil a l arrivée presque désagréable. Et nous avons surpris des remarques désagréables du personnel sur les clients des tables voisines, par exemple l exaspération d un employé contre un couple s étant installé faute de places a une grande table, ce qui empêchait le serveur de dresser la grande table pour le midi. Fint hotell med god service og et hyggelig, behjelpelig personale. Barnevennlig. Flott frokostbuffet. Rommet var rent og pent uten noen form for støy og uroligheter. Fin beliggenhet, kun 100 meter fra nærmeste metrostasjon. Lett og komme seg rundt omkring. Kan absolutt anbefales.
Området er godt beliggent, hvis man gerne vil være tæt på centrum, og undgå trafikken. Der var rigtig gode muligheder for at komme hurtig rundt til andre seværdigheder, da metroen ligger mindre end 3 minutters gang fra hotellet. Hotellet er også børnevenligt, for der er en cafe på hotellet, hvor man kan bestille mad og så få det serveret i morgenmadsresturanten […] eller få det med på værelset, hvilket kan være en fordel når man kommer hjem med trætte børn.
