Hard Rock Hotel - Pattaya

Good hotel both for those of us that like rock 'n roll and for families. Free entry for friend and excellent service. Food and drinks are expensive (local beer cost more than twice than in a bar). Big and clean rooms with high standard. Had a very nice stay. Rock on!

The staff at the front counter are not there to care for your needs, they show little care and patience for guests. The hotel is overall much less than expected from a HardRock hotel. Breakfast is nothing special either.

This was my third stay in 12 months at this hotel. Each time i was welcomed by friendly and engaging staff. Premium price, but delivers rather average comfort and poor managerial service. Took very long to check in --- even on the 'special' floor. I experienced particularly poor service at check-out. I had pre-arranged a hotel car for airport transport at my departure. (I was offered either an 'outside service car' or (at 40% greater expense) 'hotel car' […] which was described as "better and more dependable". Indeed, as I was checking out, I pre-paid the car fee and the staff confirmed that "the car is waiting downstairs". Upon exit, no car. The attendee said, "please have a seat, the car will be just 10-15 minutes". After 20 minutes, still no car. I asked to see the manager. The desk-manager was polite and said that, for my inconvenience, I would be refunded my payment. He asked that I wait just five minutes. At this time the car arrived and I loaded my luggage and waited in the car. Ten minutes later a higher-level manager came out and asked me about the situation. I re-explained the whole thing. Then he started to ask irrelevant questions such as "Where are you going". ("The airport"). "Are you in a hurry?" I did not answer, but said "please tell me if you are going to refund me". The manager did not answer and instead said, "I think you are in a hurry". I said, "Yes". He said, "Can you give me your business card". Staff were friendly but check in was bad as we only hot a room after nearly 3 hours of waiting from checkin time.

Stayed there with my family at the King's Club and all the staff at club floor are very accommodating & service with a huge smile. The rest of the hotel staff are also very nice. The only thing is that the hotel room is abit small for our liking. Very comfortable beds & fantastic swimming pool.

Hotel staff should warn guests not to wear gold jewelry in the street when they leave property--very dangerous now. My gold chain ripped off my neck in front of hotel onmain street. Hotel should post warning. Pool is good and many children everywhere--good for family

Friendly staff, good location, nice atmosphere, great pool. Beware renovation work is going on, so lots of noise during the day. They warn you of this only at check in, but in all honesty that didn't matter too much, will most likely go back.

Awful Hotel im afraid to say. It is going under renovation at the moment but the room i had was dirty. It had hand prints on the walls, the chairs and the carpets had stains allover them. I have traveled to Pattaya many times and I love the Hard Rock. Staff is always great and the pool is awesome. Additional points for a good exercise room. Food is great but a little expensive for Thailand. Only complaint I have is that the internet was VERY expensive --almost half the price of the room. Very comfortable stay!

우선 호텔 위체가 괜찮았습니다. 한쪽 문은 비치로드와 연결되어있고 다른쪽문은 쏘이2로 연결되어있어서 다니기 편했습니다.하지만 호텔방에 실내화가 없더군요. 당연히 있을줄 알았는데 그 점은 불편했습니다.토요일에 하는 폼파티도 사진 보는것보다 규모가 작아서 그냥 그랬습니다.

Hotellet er meget pent og godt vedlikeholdt. Hardrock cafe ligger i samme bygget. Bassenget utenfor er nydelig og frokosten er helt topp. Middagen er alt for dyr da vi fort måtte betale 1500 bath per person. Hotellet er også litt upersonlig og noe dårlig beliggenhet. Anbefaler hotellet for de som bare liker store luksushotell med kald atmosfære.

ホテルの中のあちこちや、部屋のリネンに至るまでギターだらけ。かなりロックな感じでした。好きな人にはいいけど、私にとっては少し煩わしく感じたこともありました。 スタッフは親切で部屋も清潔ですが狭かったです。今回は金曜日に泊まりましたが土曜日泊が良さそうです。イベントが多くあり子供がもっと楽しめたのかも。土曜日泊でもう一度行ってみようかと思います。

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya var en trevlig bekantskap för oss. Vi stannade ewn natt i ett Deluxe-rum med havsutsikt, men havsutsikten var väl sådär. 아주 좋은 위치에 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 조식도 맛있고 직원들도 아주 친절하고 여러관광지의 접근성 및 최고의 조건의 호텔 입니다. 단!! 와이파이를 이용하려면 하루에 300바트라는 돈을 지불 해야 합니다. 5일 기준 600 바트 이런점은 정말 최악 입니다.

ホテルのスタッフは皆、プライドを持って一生懸命接客に努めていました。ホテルも大変きれいで隅々までメンテナンスが行き届いていて、気持ちよく宿泊できました。キングスラウンジを使うことができる部屋に宿泊しましたが、ラウンジでは、軽食やコーヒー、アルコールを頂きました。また、是非宿泊したいと思います。

한국의 성수기, 태국의 비수기에 방문했습니다. 그래서인지 한국 관광객들이 아주 많은 편이었죠. 하지만 전체적으로 많지는 않아서 여유로운 휴가를 보내는데는 문제가 없었습니다. 하드락은 부킹이 빨리 끝나서 잡기가 어려운데 이번에는 운좋게 잡았습니다, 시티뷰였지만, PATTAYA citiy 가 보였고, 옆 호텔의 수영장과 정원이 있어 뷰 또한 만족했습니다. 숙소 선택시 청결을 가장 우선시 하는데, 이부분 또한 만점 주고 싶습니다. 그리고 하드락은 모든 스텝들이 재치있고 친근해서 자꾸 방문하게 되네요. 두서 없이 얘기를 했지만, 결론은 아주 좋다는 겁니다.

친구랑 항상 관광명소 돌아다니고 투어하고 하다보니 결국 잠만 자러가는 곳이 되다보니 호텔의 다른 시설들을 이용해보지도 못했고.. 분위기나 시설은 나쁘지 않은 편이고요... 한국인들 굉장히 많구요... 밤문화 즐기기에도 가까운 편이라서 좋고...알카자쇼 보러가기에도 그리 멀지 않고요. 잠만 잘꺼면 차라리 다른 저렴한 곳에서 자는게 더 낫습니다... 호텔들의 시설들을 사용할려면 몰라도요... 괜히 좋은 호텔들은 와이파이 사용하는데도 돈 더 많이 받고요... 별로 쓰잘떼기 없는걸 느꼈네요. 그리고 파타야 갔다와보니까 파타야는 그냥 밤문화말고는 정말 딱히 할게 없습니다... 파타야 현지인들 자체도 너무 그런 업소 종사자들이 많고요.. […] 파타야 해변도 물도 더럽고.. 파타야 괜히 돈만 많이 들고요.. 실속있는 여행은 하기 힘듭니다... 밤문화 빼고는..
