Wonderful hotel, clean and lovely rooms. Service was unsurpassed. We actually left our laptop by accident, and there was a message assuring us of it's safety waiting for us when we got home. We'll definitely be back!

We were in Cornwall for a wedding which was held at the Hotel, and were extremely pleased with the room, and the friendliness of all the staff. This was the best hotel we've been to when it comes to overall satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to all our friends and family.

Excellant all the way. Service was excellant, continental breakfast was great, offering needle and thread so I could mend something. Loved the fireplace in the room and queen size beds as well as a sofa to sit on.

Rather big hotel specializing in conferences. Rooms are very small with to much furniture, a little dark . Bathrooms are equally small with shower in the bathtub. Both room and bathrooms are clean and we found everything in good working order. Being unfamiliar with Cornwall I did not know where to stay. I was not disapointed with the Best Western Plus, it was very clean, comfortable, staff were excellent in both the hotel and the restaurant. A one night stay for convenience turned out to be a highlight of our Christmas "visitation" schedule. As soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a Luxury suite with working fireplace and Jacuzi. Deluxe furnishings and a bed that made you feel like staying a week. Everything was great. I had paid for a room with a fireplace but not a deluxe suite.

my husband and I stayed at the Best Western in Cornwall for two nights, and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our queen bed room on the first night. The room was very big and inviting. The food in the on-site restaurant was fabulous, and the continental breakfast was great. Stayed here on my way to Montreal. The hotel's about 5 mins. from the 401 and located near walking distance restaurants. The hotel was the nicest Best Western I've stayed in. The hotel & room was well maintained and my stay included a continental breakfast. I'd easily stay here again if needed. My only issue was on check-out. Rapport qualité prix est très bien. Le déjeuné fournit est excellent avec plusieurs choix, gaufre, œuf, pâtisserie, fruit etc. Des trois hôtel de Cornwall que j'ai eu la chance de dormir elle prend la première place. Je vous la recommande.
