The room is big enough. It was clean and quite well equipped. Location was quite good as well. 5 min walk from Gloucester road tube station.

The room includes a separated area with a nice kitchen so the room stays clean and pleasant after cooking. Very close (2 min.) to Kensington Park and to the Underground. It is also nice to have a coffee in the Starbucks next to the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Reception staff very helpful and the accommodation was very clean and spacious. Would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

The room was VERY clean and the location was awesome. However, the pillows were hard and flat some of the staff were rude. Upon arrival, the woman didn't exactly seem welcoming to say the least. One person that really was bad was maintenance guy! He talked to us like we were morons.

Lovely location, good size room with kitchenette. Nice and clean and tidy. Ten minutes walk from the Royal Albert Hall and some lovely restaurants and cafe's nearby. Would certainly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location a nice walking neighborhood. We did request an upper floor initially while booking then via phone, yet when we arrived our room was on the first floor. No apology was given just we were told this was the last room available. The room was small for 3 with a pull out sofa bed.

Arrived mid-afternoon to be told they did not have a room for us- mother and two children under 10- and that the hotel was full. This was despite having pre-paid for the room! They offered us a room in Trafalgar Square but I had specifically chosen the destination for various reasons, one being its ease to get to Heathrow. From leaving the Hilton London Metropole to arriving at the Citadine, it was like an oasis. My room had a large window with a view and I could open. We stayed for a night (2 adults, 2 kids) in a one bedroom apartment (kids on pull out sofa bed in lounge area, bedroom upstairs). This was fine for a night but would have struggled to stay much longer as it was pretty cramped. Overpriced for what it is. Room had this constant cooking smell, opening the window didn't help. Notified the front desk in the morning and they just shrugged it off.

We spent a 4-day pleasant stay at the Citadines. We enjoyed our clean, quiet (but rather small) room with a fully equipped kitchen. Location was very convenient with Gloucester Rd. tube station nearby. Kitchen was well equipped. The room was somewhat dark, lighting was insufficient. One morning, we had no hot water for an hour. Otherwise, everything was good. Very smooth check-in and check-out procedures with well trained staff.

I'm impressed with the hotel, the kitchen is well equipped with all that is required, even with dishwasher and detergents. It's ideal for a family that plans for a longer stay because you can cook the meals with a fully equipped kitchen and a Tesco store nearby. The lower floor is a living room with kitchen and the upper floor is a bedroom and bathroom. […] The studio unit and everything look brand new with free internet. It would be OK for staying a week or two but too expensive if staying a month or longer. I had a pleasent stay at Citadine prestige the neighbourhood was very nice and had a good selection of shops and cafes in the area to grab a bite in and a supermarket to meet all your needs. Only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the lighting in the room, it was always a […] dark gloomy room , the essentials are not there such as bathrobe or slippers and they donot provide it upon request as it is not available. Booking was moved to a 'neighbouring 5-star' apart-hotel, which was neither. As a result I was late for me evening meal. Should have been pre-warned of the hang in booking prior to arriving at the booked location.

We wanted somewhere central to visit the museums etc easily and the location was excellent. We also wanted more than just a hotel room, so with the good kitchen this was just what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and would recommend this place to others.

The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The rooms were a great size and beautifully designed, including the little touchs which you do not get in chain hotels. The kitchen was great to use and convenient. Any problems we had, the staff bent over backwards to help and make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again!!

The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, plus the maids do light cleaning daily. The mattress is very comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings plus the sheets are quality thread count. I really had no problems with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
