Liked everything at the facility except for the guests in the hallway at 1:30AM still celebrating. $26 resort fee for one night added at check-out. Be aware. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

What a great place! The views are phenomenal! Very easy to navigate and great signage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean - wish it had better water pressure - tough for those of us with long hair! Bed was comfy but not keen on pillows. Think I am allergic to down! Food was good as well as service. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I did a long weekend at this resort and it was wonderful. The place was beautiful, the pools and hotel were in great condition. The only thing that people should be aware of is that while it is a great resort with pool, grounds, view, etc., the rooms are just typical hotel rooms. The rooms are not "resort" rooms. Expect to pay extra daily charges not included in rates. Hotel was nice but it includes no indoor swimming or whirlpools. One pool was closed all together and they do not do a good job of telling you the daily activities. we visit the Tamaya resort every year and are more amazed after each trip. This resort is constantly improving and they truly go out of thier way to make you feel comfortable. The dining choices are great and there are not enough good words to say about the spa. We will be going back soon!

The view from our room of the Sandia moutains was beautiful. Walking thru the bosque to the Rio Grande was pretty. The Mist spa was quite a treat, great massage. Hotel lobby and gift shop were nice. Room size and decor were ok, not great. The food at the restaurants was good not great.

This resort was wonderful, from the service to the quality of the food and facilities, our family enjoyed our stay. Watching the sun rise over the mountains after star gazing in the early morning capped off our short stay.

The hotel staff go out of their way to please you. One night I invited my kids to have dinner with me at the corn maiden. Myn daughter was having a lot of problems with her eyes and made a comment about wishing she had eye drops. Less than 10 min went by when our waiter came to our table with a new bottle of eye drops! Talk about service!

This was our forth visit during Balloon Fiesta. Always relaxing and clean. Staff is always helping ex specially Mary that was working the club level. Would recommend to anyone with children or No children.

I can't say enough about the friendly, helpful staff, the gorgeous location, and comfort of the rooms. Be forewarned though, there is a sizeable resort fee levied on the bill each day. I warn folks only because I was staying here for a work related assignment and did not take advantage of the resort amenities. I ate at the Santa Ana Cafe only twice for breakfast. A great way to end our visit to New Mexico. Beautiful location, wonderful staff and facilities, and best hotel food we've ever had (the menu is focused on local ingredients and has a unique, compelling children's menu). Be sure to walk the trails!

Really enjoyed the hotel and the various activities, the pools were great, food excellent, and the staff could not be friendlier. We really enjoyed having hiking trails on site for a quick morning walk. It is a little out of the way, but only about 20 minutes from Old Town. Good base to explore the area around ABQ.

We did not like this place at all and would not recommend. Overpriced, Disneyfied, faux-New Mexico, resort. Service was poor. Arrived at 3pm, kept waiting for room until 4pm ("4pm is our guaranteed check in time"), even at 4pm, no Regency Club Room, which I had paid for, was ready, so they put us elsewhere. Regency Club no big deal, not worth the extra […] money. Valet staff not helpful with shuttle to Casino - very frustrating - and they were quite rude.
