Beds were comfortable but the ad for the Econolodge are misleading (i.e. the pool) my kids were looking forward to swimming but they didn't think that lily pad of a pool was for real :(. I as an adult will probably stay there again because of the soft cushiony beds but other than that my family likes staying where they have a pool big enough to splash […] around in. The room and bathroom was dirty, looked like the bed was just made and not cleaned.

For the cost, we felt it could have been more comfortable and clean. But, it was adequate and the pet fee was reasonable. There was some mildew in the bathroom, dog food & other stuff behind the bed stand where we had to plug in the clock (it was a little irritating for everything to be unplugged when we got there).

One Clerk did not know how to regisrer me, the other one coughed continualy, did not respect the confirmed room number, charged for a small pet when we were told pets are no charge, blanket on the bed was not clean, the refrigerator groaned and moaned all night, the room we were to be in was on the south side of the building turned out to be on the […] north side close to the freeway, room was suposed to be a no smoking room but smelled of cigar smoke. When we got somewhat settled went to turn on TV and remote wouldn't work called front desk and they said they would bring batteies. None of the lamps were plugged in and there was hair in the bed. The front desk never brought the batteries and when asked the nest morning how things were and we told them the issues they simply told us sorry and that […] they didn't bring things to the room Poor quality of hotel and the service was horrible and even when I called the manager they just didn't seem to care. Will not ever stay there again and will certainly never recommend this hotlel to anyone. Hotel room and hallway kind of smelled funny (rotten food). You can tell that people have smoked in the room (even though it was non-smoking)

We wanted a non-smoking room, and our room smelled of smoke so bad that I worried about the health of my family. The bathroom was too small for 4 people. I would not go back.

I will never stay here again. I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive and it was just a one-night stay. No matter the cost -- it was too much to pay for such horrible accomodations! The room was run down, smelled funky, the box spring had a gross stain in full sight, the mattress was terrible and so were the pillows! I booked this room at the last minute and loved the comfortable bed! It wasn't too hard or too soft...just right!

they changed the room key code at lest 5 times in 2 days so we +had to go down and get a new key.The room was clean but old .the comt. breakfast was poor. They are petr frendly but do charge a $10 fee for each pet. We had a nonsmoking room but it smelled of smoke.

I have NEVER wrote a review on a hotel but had to because this place was horrible. The air conditioner was so noisy. You couldn't sleep without it or with it! The whole place smelled awful. Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. It was clean place outside, in the hotel and in the room. I was disappointed there was no Fridge in the room. I was also hoping for a few more channels on the T.V.! I was not able to watch some of the shows I regular watch.

so my husband felt it was noisy but I managed to sleep all night! Not top quality place but it suited our purpose just fine. It was clean and reasonably priced for a overnight stay on our way to seattle. Left before breakfast so cant comment on that issue.

I can not believe what the Billings Mt Econolodge charged!!! before taxes you get the very BASIC hotel room. After 3 weeks on being on the road on vacation in the western Canadian provinces and the north western U.S. This was by far the most expensive place to stay for what you get.

We were traveling through Montana and chose to stay here because of it's easy on and off I-90. It is clean and staff was very helpful and nice, but just so people know, the pictures on the website do not match this hotel! Pool is outdoors, but spa tub and sauna are indoors. We didn't use either, but that was not the impression I got from the pictures […] and info given on the website. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast is good if you like waffles, cereal, toast and coffee/juice. Overall, not bad, and we stayed here on our way back too due to the easy access to freeway. Old and outdated. Room smelled like stale cigerettes and felt dirty. Would pay the extra 20 bucks to go somewhere else next time.

The hotel in these pictures is The Kelly Inn down the street of this hotel Don't rely on these pictures as they are completely false and you will find yourself staying at a grungy disappointment of a hotel if you book here!

We paid cash for this night and have been double billed ....please arrange for a credit to our card and advise !

OK for a roadside stop - but that's it.

I liked the out of the major city location but close to get to everything. Area was quiet. Online price was very good.

The hotel room i stayed in was meant to be a non smoking room ,alas this was not the case ,the room was permeated with the old stench of cigarette smoke .

This was fine for lodging close to the interstate. I would not use this hotel if I was planning a multi day stay in the area.

Its a decent hotel. The parking is very poor if you have a trailer. Nice staff and clean room.

The staff were very friendly and gracious to me after I arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of driving. The room was clean and quiet and they allowed me and a few other guests to hang out in the hot tub after 11. The continental breakfast was a little sketchy but cute and old fashioned. Overall it was a friendly spot and I had a great sleep.

Kelly Inn is a regional hotel chain that I was not familiar with. This hotel was right across the street from a Holiday Inn where I would be attending a Conference. HI wanted $!@) a night with a Conference discount of $(). My room for $^% included breakfast, Microwave and refrigerator. We know rates vary all of the time but they are relative. Doors […] on both the inside and the outside so I could load and unload my display equipment. I had car trouble and stay two extra days while repairs were done. I would go back again. We were pleasantly surprised. The room rate was reasonable and we were a little apprehensive about how clean the room would be. But, we were happy. Everything was clean (even the carpet); the beds were comfortable; the breakfast perfect for our needs. Your staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks and we will remember you in the future.
