It was very nice and comfortable. One morning we didn't have much hot water, but that was because it was snowing/raining/cold and we understood that some pipes froze. The complimentary breakfast each morning was very good and nicely presented. It was crowded, and the eating area was small, but we understood that they will be renovating that area shortly. Our stay was great. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. On the last day of our stay, we had car trouble and were stranded for awhile. The front desk man arranged for a late check out so we could stay in our room instead of sitting in the front lobby for hours. The hotel and the room was very clean. We found the mattresses a little uncomfortable--way too soft. It would have been nicer to have queen size beds instead of double beds. Also, the hotel being right on a busy street, it was a little noisy at night. Sirens woke us up several times. The only thing I was disappointed with was the size of the pool & its surrounding area and there was no hot tub. It was nice to see, however, there was a lifeguard on duty. The linens were clean and delightful. Our only complaint was the status of the bathroom. The tub needed to be regrouted and the faucet was loose in the tub. I was very pleased with the room -- clean, up-to-date, spacious. The bed was very comfortable (firm but soft at the same time), and I loved the mushy pillow that was available. This was the third hotel my family and I stayed in over four days and definitely the best.
