We stayed here for a nearby soccer tournament. The hotel was nice for what we needed. The rooms were decent, clean. The staff was wonderful. But we were very disappointed in the indoor pool. The pool area appears to be an afterthought that was made from a garage. It was cool and damp in the pool room and the water was not very lear or clean. The hot […] tub is a joke. "For an economy chain, great value!"
We got 3 nights for a great price. Rooms were updated, clean. Staff was wonderfully friendly and eager to please! The kitchenette leaves a bit to be desired - the fridge froze all of our food and the preparation area is wickedly small. Parking is somewhat limited - shared with the Blue Ox restaurant, so that posed a bit of a pickle for us (staying over […] New Year's Eve). Hot breakfast is available through 9:30a - decent options. "Good, comfortable stay."
We stayed for 3 nights and it was quite comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and got us anything we needed. The hotel backs up to Northside Park where the Winterfest of lights is held. I was in town for a cheerleading competition & found this hotel by chance. We were pleasantly surprised to find that out the door was the Winterfest of Lights. With traveling with 3 9 & 11 yr old girls - this was a nice addition to our trip! The hotel staff was extremely friendly & very helpful! They were quick to respond to the need for towels in the […] pool area. the only negative about the hotel was the indoor pool was small & if there were a lot of people staying at the hotel, this could be a problem. This hotel is nice. The complimentary breakfast had a very nice selection. The bed is very comfortable. I trailered motorcycles to OC and there was PLENTY of parking for my SUV and trailer, together. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. Just a note to the hotel that it would have been nice to have a T.V. guide to the channels and/or stations available in that area. Lets no kid ourselves, Ocean City has no "nice" hotel options, for that you need to head to Delaware. This hotel was reasonable clean and staff were courteous. What's so dissapointing is the fact that for the price of this room you could stay at the Ritz Carlton in most cities. There is a beautiful park behind the hotel where we walked in the morning. One disappointing happening: At about 1 PM one afternoon, after we had returned from the beach, a man on the staff knocked […] and immediately entered the room and claimed to be checking if we needed more towels (after the room had already been cleaned for the day). "Very nice hotel and surroundings!"
This hotel was nice, quiet and clean and the staff was wonderful! Location was nice, mostly families in this part of town, a quick and easy walk to the beach and the Northside park behind the hotel is fantastic! The hotel breakfast was good, nice variety of typical breakfast foods...got very crowded around 9:00am but never ran out of food!
