Great, beautiful hotel with excellent service. Food is very expensive - $3 for a croissant and the pool is absolutely freezing.

The hotel rooms are substandard to what is expected looking at internet site. Had the feel of a roadside motel. Lobby and staff were great.

Due to the incredibly poor parking garage, it is very tight so i recommend you do not go there with a large SUV/'Pick-up or it will take you forever to get in or out.

It was clean nice, mattress was older and very much needed replacing an it was a bit pricey for what an where it is. Not a bad place overall .

The location was good and the hotel staff was helpful. We had a queen bed with two singles which was a convertible sofa with trundle bed. The extra beds were not very comfy for the kids and they were cold during the night. Check out was quick and efficient. Didn't know we had to pay for parking $12 per night.

I recently stayed at Novotel in mississauga and I have a few things to share with you. 1) extremely small rooms 2) pay for parking (20$/day) 3) non-smoking hotel 4) overpriced 5) all drinks/chocolate bars from mini fridge costed 5.50 or something?? Myself and my Assistant Manager stayed here for 4 nights. The first night we stayed we had to ask 3 times to be moved rooms due to a hockey tournament going on and they people were staying on our floor. Not only were they loud and rude but the hallway of the floor was super messy, with garbage littering the hallway. We then got moved to the 2nd floor, […] where our beds weren't made properly and we went to put food in our fridge only to find there was already old food in the fridge. Our TV didn't work either. We got up the next morning and informed front desk of what needed to be done in the room and they had all day to clean it. We came back later that evening only to find nothing that we had asked to get done did. So we approached front desk at 10:30 at night to have them move. The woman from front desk came down and inspected the room. It was clean, we did however ask to have the fridge plugged in so that we could use it, but that never happened. It pretty good. Had some girls smoking and yelling out in the hall. No vending machine to get a drink. There were a small refrig in the front lobby bought two pops for 2.35 a peicie. Other than that, i would stay again.

Great bang for your buck. Went there for a wedding. Rooms are clean and up to date. Only con was a 12.00 per day parking fee and the lot is extremely narrow and tight to drive in.

Novotel has the market cornered for having the premier location beside the Square One district but that is the only quality that sets this hotel apart. The room was surprisingly clean and newly renovated. The washroom has also been renovated and is very spacious. At 1am we had to call the front desk because there was a very loud fight going on in the hallway. By the time someone from the hotel came up the fight had broken up and they were now in their rooms. We could hearing a member of staff warning them. At 2.30-3am we were woken up by another member of staff talking to them outside their room (which was directly […] opposite our room) and talking in the hallway for a good 30mins if not longer, I went outside and asked them to keep the noise down. I don't understand why hotel staff and these guests had to have a loud conversation/shouting match in the hallway and not either in their room or in the lobby. Everything went great. When we entered, I had to sign a "No party" agreement which just stated no more than 4 people in a room and no damages. I had no problem with that except that I've never signed one before. However, we did end up having a noise complaint which was reported by another room. When we were checking out the next day, the front staff […] mentioned that we had to pay $150 for the noise complaint, only if the other room agrees that we should pay for bothering them. The problem I had is I never signed to that. I was never mentioned of this when I signed the "No party" agreement. If I had been given a written statement of this upon check in when I signed the agreement, I would have understood the consequences of my action. I'm not going to assume that I'll be charged so much for something I haven't been told about. SO, please be careful when you're dealing with Novotel and their noise complaints. Pročitajte više

we stayed two nights at the Novotel, it was very nice stay, affordable, comfortable beds and accomodating staff AND very close to Square One shopping... definitely going to stay there again in the summer for another Square One shopping trip.

Saved a lot of money by booking with hotels.com. Good two bed room in a great location for shopping. Mall 7 minute walk door to door. Developing area, not near waterfront. Only complaint was hottub wasn't working for some quality time with me lady.
