A suspicious big size Indian man followed my girl friend, Audrey,into an elevator from one elevator to another on the 6th floor without holding a room key. Luckily there was another man that went into the elevator and he and Audrey got out of 20th floor and the Indian man didn't come out. It happened around 8:00 am after Audrey had her swim on the 6th […] floor. It didn't occur to Audrey at that time that she should report to the front desk but after she felt uneasy and told us what happened. That's why we cancelled our stay on March 4th at the same hotel. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other travelers. The check-in process was a little long, however this was due to the fact that I wanted a no-smoking room on a high floor. I was given a room on the 17th floor and did not smell of smoke at all. I've stayed in this hotel a few times. It is clean, has a decent gym, pool, free wifi, and a location in little india. It is nice to get a little character outside of the sterile downtown locations.

Newly revamped hotel .Excellent service . Mustapha 24 hours 2 min walk , shopping centre opposite, MRT train station opposite , little India a few minutes walk , eating places tons of them around the hotel. You cant go wrong .

I needed a nice place to stay in the Little India area - this hotel was the ideal choice. I had booked two rooms and they allotted both rooms on the 17th floor - the views were great! I was able to view the new year fireworks from my room itself! The rooms were regularly cleaned, and luggage was delivered and picked up from rooms promptly. The elevators […] were the best I've seen in hotels - when going down, it immediately lets you know which elevator (of the three) will take you down! Staff were courteous as well. They gave a gift for my Mom on her birthday which was a big surprise for her - I thank the hotel for this nice gesture. They have a nice swimming pool on the 6th floor which my Dad enjoyed very much. However, I had asked for the two rooms to be next to each other while making the reservation; but when I reached, they could not provide two non-smoking rooms next to each other - however, they provided them in the same floor which was a big help. Another point which I did not like: the buffet breakfast was SGD 20 ++ per person and for the three of us it would have amounted to SGD 60 ++ per day - we found cheaper alternatives outside. Very rude staff. The hotel messed up our booking and blamed it on expedia. We had booked for kig bed and they gave us a room with 2 singles. And this is after a special note saying that we were going there on our 1st anniversary. AC in the rooom wasnt working properly. This is the best place for an Indian to stay and it has so many Indian restaurants in its vicinity which adds up to the positive points and the reason why one should opt for this hotel. Had a great stay at the hotel with the exception of construction that woke us up on days we tried to sleep in. The location is very convenient - nothing is more than a 10 or 15 minute cab ride away, and the subway is only a 5 minute walk. If you like Indian food, there is no better place to be. Service was great and the room was very clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture seems to be a bit dated and worn. The TV did not seem to work well. The internet was reliable and it was a quiet place to sleep.

The hotel is ok in it's self. Some staff are really friendly and others barely speak. Rooms are ok bit out dated. Our bed covers had a stain on them from day one till the day we checked out so they didn't get changed once which I believe is pretty poor. I also had a call at 9:30pm to see if I wanted to join their GHA club which really annoyed me as […] I have a baby who got startled by this. The area the hotel is in (little india) I didn't like felt unsafe and got stared at an awful lot which made me uncomfortable but the little shopping directly across was nice and clean.
