The new area is very noisy however we always travel with out noise machine. The doors closing were the problem! Great price for what you get here. Very clean rooms. Room did NOT have that funky musty smell you might find in some hotels. Loved the extra large bathroom! The service of everyone at the hotel was superb! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was varied and fresh, and the cookies and fruit in the afternoons hit the spot! This was a quiet hotel and very relaxing after a long day.

I can't say enough about this location. It is a perfect spot to spend the night when traveling. It is in a very nice, safe area. Within 1/2 mile are the following: Outback, Olive Garden, Kroger (with Starbucks), Target, Kohls, Panera Bread, etc. A nice gas station is right across the street so it's easy to fill up and go in the morning. Not just a room with two tables, cold cereal, and coffee, but rather a good sized room (could accommodate 15-20 maybe). There were egg omelets, sausage, potatoes, a french toast maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. Everything was clean and the staff servicing the room were polite and friendly. It's a little bit older than other Hamptons, but they were doing major upgrades while I was there. It was super clean and very comfortable! Customer service was excellent. I had to a room change (my needs changed), and they were great about it. It's surrounded by stores, gas, fast food, etc.

Very Nice place. This is the second time I used this hotel and both stays were wonderful! If you have business in Warner Robins/Macon GA area, you will be happy staying here. Close to good restaurants, shopping center within walking distance, it's a win-win.

Everything was very nice with the exception of the fact that the cleaning service lingered around my room for several hours late in the afternoon so I could not get back in my room to finish up my work. This caused me to have to setup shop in the lobby to finish my work. The Hampton Inn has very nice accommodations for an affordable rate. The only negative that I could find was the fact that I asked 3 times for a crib to put in our room and after confirming it was in our room when we checked in, there was no crib to be found. Luckily, the desk had an extra one, so we were able to provide sleeping accommodations for […] our baby. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel had duvets instead of comforters, so you knew the duvets were being laundered. There was a nice area for the complimentary breakfast, and the staff was nice enough to provide us with breakfast, even though we arrived 15 minutes after it was over (couldn't miss day after Christmas shopping!)
