The hotel was great.The only problem I had was the smell of the room. The only rooms available to book were smoking rooms but I figured the hotel would clean the rooms good and they would not smell too bad. I was wrong. As soon as we got off the elevator we could smell the smoke in the hall way. I know I booked a smoking room but the whole floor smelled […] of it and I did not expect that. I am a smoker but I do not smoke indoors and I have been in other hotels that allow smoking and they have not smell this bad. The food was great and my kids had a blast in the pool and the people who worked there were very nice. Other than the smoke smell our stay at this hotel was very good. Staff was accomodating and pleasant. Rooms were modern and bathroom was lovely. Beds was comfortable, room was clean and neat. Hotel was peaceful and it was the weekend. This Hampton Inn has recently undergone renovations. the rooms are complete and they are still working on some common areas. The surrounding area is what we expected as we wanted a hotel close to the highway. There are limited choices for dining within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, as we have come to expect from […] Hampton. I must make special note of the diligence of the individual who looked after the breakfast area. Good clean hotel with excellent service. Good breakfast was a bonus. I'd would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly. But they did not cool the common areas or hallways, so you had to sweat through your breakfast and lugging stuff through the stifling corridors was not fun. I realize they want to save money, but that was ridiculous.

EZ on/off I-75. Nicer lobby/breakfast area/pool than most Hampton Inns. A good night's rest.
"One of the cleanest and friendliest places"
We were very pleased with our stay. Despite several children in the rooms (some type of a tournament in the area) as well as the four children with our party there was no noise, None. Restful night's sleep. Would have been nice if there was outdoor access from the pool area and an outdoor pool. Nice breakfast and something for everyone's taste.
"Upgrade made the stay fantastic"
When we checked in, they told us that they had upgraded us at no cost. We were thrilled to find out that we were given a spacious suite instead of regular room that we had booked. The suite had tons of space, very nice flatscreen tv's, and a super comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning, which offered scrambled eggs, french […] toast, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, and several other goodies. It was kept well-stocked and everything was warm and good. We've traveled often and stayed at other hotels in this area and this was a very nice place with good service, better than the others. I would give a high rating on everything about the motel except for the uncomfortable beds. If they upgraded to the cloud nine mattress, it would be a perfect place to stay.
Upon my arrival we notice some hair in the sink and on the bed sheets. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast was awesome!

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and remembered our names when we stopped by the front desk on day two. The continental breakfast was very good - lots of options and kept well-stocked. The room was very clean and looked like new. Showers had plenty of hot water and different settings. Our only complaint was that the walls were thin. […] We could hear the people walking around above us and a person talking in the hall on their cell phone at 3 in the morning woke us up. Situé à la périphérie de la ville nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli dans cet hotel. Assez récent il 'y a rien a reprocher hormis l'odeur de tabac persistante dans la chambre. l'étage est non fumeur mais pas les chambres... Ceci est surprenant car l'hotel est très propre et à conseiller - bon rapport qualité prix
