The beds were a little small, I haven't slep in double in years. Otherwise everything was great. My son loved the outdoor pool.

We stayed here while visiting family because we made a good online deal. I definitely would not pay full price to stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly small for the Hilton. Walls were thin and we could hear neighbors really well. Self parking is $19 per night but we did get complimentary internet.

We wanted a nice reasonable hotel within driving distance of Hollywood tours etc. Hilton in Glendale was great with beautiful rooms. Chose the rooms with included breakfast....good choice, great breakfast buffet!

We had an amazing stay. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful!!! The neighborhood is clean and safe. Easy walk to 7-11 and not far for street parking if you do not want to pay a fee every day for parking on site. Overall We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I've been to this hotel over 15 times. I have a favorite part of the hotel, room wise, and I called to ask if they would save me one such room, given I was checking in late. They did so! They also saved me the daily LA Times, which is often hard to find in the newstands. I was quite pleased and really would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was nice, location was convinient and it was always clean. The only complaints would be having to pay for parking and paying for internet.

It was pleasant. besides the elevator breaking down and having to walk up to the 5th floor (thank goodness I wasnt any higher up). but the problem was quickly resolved and the staff were very apologetic . The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

My stay at the Hilton glendale was ok! The location was great and the room was clean. What I didn't like was the parking fee, no microwave/refridgertor, the standard beds are quite small, and the lady at the service counter wasn't too friendly. Next time I'll pay a little more and stay at the embassy suite next door...

I had good expectations about this hotel but I was disappointed. Here is why: 1. Parking charges of $20 a night!!! You got to be kidding me. Also this info was not at the top of page but down below on the hotels.com page and hence I missed it. I would have not booked this hotel if I knew right away. 2. As soon as I get in the room there is this weird […] smell. Asked them to move us to another room but they have none available. So they sent housekeeping to spray some freshner but I could not take it, as my kids are allergic. 3. It said when I was booking the hotel it will have a mountain view. Yeah right! The only view I had was the view of hotel generators and the noise from it as I was only on 3rd floor and very close to them. 4. Great location for travel to Universal Studios. Great view of surrounding city and hills. Staff were friendly. Didn't like the fact extra fees for microwave, Wi-Fi and parking. Brought my own cooler, but would have been charged for fridge too! Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Minuses: The parking was $20 a day. Internet was $12.95 per day PER DEVICE. If we'd logged on with all our devices (as I do at other hotels), we would have paid almost $80 per day. Each day we had to choose which device would have internet. The bed wasn't that great--my back hurt quite a bit the morning of the 2nd day. The exercise facilities were extensive, […] but no fans and very hot when I used the facilities at about 10:30 p.m. We had a room with a king size bed. Usually, you get a sitting area with a love seat, upholstered chair and coffee table in a one-bed room, but this had just one chair and ottoman, so no real area to sit and talk. The coffee maker was the kind with the little filter-pockets of grounds that makes one or two weak cups of coffee. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. We walked more than two long city blocks to buy coffee from Starbucks each morning. Pluses: maid staff and bell staff were very helpful, conscientious and courteous. Location was conveniently close to the freeway. Our room, on the 10th floor on the side of the street away from the freeway had a beautiful view of the hills and was quiet. I stayed here with my mother, sister, and girlfriend. We got two rooms (conjoined) which was nice. The hotel has a really nice king/double beds with the best pillows you'll ever sleep on! The pool was refreshing, and the gym was a plus while on the road! This is an excellent hotel and the price was reasonable for the quality and reputation of the Hilton. The extra Parking fees should be lower in my opinion and in today's world, wifi should not be an extra charge. Located in downtown district so restaraunt access is limited but very close to freeway access. I'd stay again

When I was there, the internet access was free that week. The bed was very comfortable. There is a free shuttle to and from the Burbank airport, but the cab ride from LAX is about $80. Pretty steep. A typical Hilton. Nice rooms and facilities overall. There was no refrigerator in the room, which was a slight disappointment. They charged about $20 a night for parking, but I guess that is normal these days. No towels were by the pool. You had to go into the gym to get them.

We had no sense of location of anything when we stayed here and had no idea how much it would cost for transportation to attractions. In the 5 nights we stayed here, we were out over 600.00 just in transportation cost (not car rental). Closer to downtown LA is more ideal for mass transit or transportation. We didn't realize a few miles in this city […] would amount to long travel times. Even though Glendale was a nice area and within a mile of the Americana mall, we had plans in other areas. The Hilton does provide shuttle to the mall area but nothing else. To go to Santa Monica…240.00 round trip with the service recommend by the hotel. To go to Disneyland….240.00 round trip. 80.00 to be taken a few miles to Pasadena. Then there was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and back…..120.00. Had we known this, we probably would have arranged for car rental but we have zero experience in freeway driving. Pros - 24 hr very nice gym with great sauna was a huge plus for me. Our room on 6th floor was comfortable especially the beds, but could have been a little better if access to the in room refrigerator would have been provided. The concierge (Javier) was excellent. Took care of reserving transportation to Rose Parade and obtaining tickets for Universal Studios day trip.Provided driving directions to Santa Barbara that took us through the canyons and the Pacific Coast Highway. Wonderful day trip!!!! He had great insight to attractions and restaurants.

Except for paying for parking the Hilton was a great choice. We were able to walk to dinner so no one had to drive. We plan on returning in the summer to see family and we will stay her again.

When I thought about Hilton, I thought about convenience, But the only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. When I entered the room, I noticed that there is an empty cabinet for refrigerator, but no refrigerator in the room. So I called the front desk and they told me that would be $15 extra per day, when I asked about internet […] connection they said that is $13 extra per day. I hung up the phone and noticed a peace of paper that explains services they offer and it said that they only change the sheets once every 4 days. The breakfast that is offered by every motel for free is another $14 per person. I had a cold so I started looking for tissue paper, but there isn't any in the room or bathroom. The bed was old and lumpy and cabinets in the bathroom was old and lamination of it was pealing off. From the few TV channels that they have, the channels that my kid wanted to watch (Cartoon Network) was just a black screen for the last 2 nights.If all of that was not enough, I received a bill on the last day for $18 per night for parking. Not even parking is included in the hefty price of this place and by the way that was not mentioned ever when I was checking in (and this is another thing that you can get for free in any motel). Overall the hotel is nice and clean but everything else is extra money. $18 for each night parking. Breakfast only for two people so if you have kid then they have to pay extra to eat. It adds up at the end. This hotel is more for business than family. I will rather stay little further to save some money on parking and breakfast.

Room was a bit dated. Bed was suprisingly comfortable, first impression was lumpy with no bedspread, just a tucked in duvet. The 6th floor window although a beautiful view, leaked freezing air into the room! Had to close both rows of curtains....didnt get to enjoy the view.
