We were impressed with the closeness to highways, nicely updated, frig & microwave in room, and great breakfast buffet every morning was included. Only problem we had was thermostat on heating unit wasn't working so we had to turn heat off or on completely to keep room comfortable. Indoor pool & hot tub area adequate.

We were very happy with this hotel! We stayed in a family suite which was very spacious for the 4 of us. The room was clean and comfortable- only drawback was that the heat would come on and off which was a little loud, esp at night when sleeping- we just ended up turning it off all together and luckily the room still stayed warm. Very quiet too, even […] though the hotel is located near I94- may have been because we were in a room at the back. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool; which was a fun activity to do after a long day of museums! I was impressed with the fitness equipment in the work out room- very modern! There are washer and dryers, however, it costs 3.00/load to wash and dry- wish it was free. Overall, a great hotel- very easy to get to, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and close to The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Our room was spotless, and the staff catered to our every need. We arrived about an hour and a half early, and they still were able to get us into a suite then, even though it was an extremely busy weekend with the World Series going on. We will definitely be staying here again.

at first we were skeptical because it was so quiet and the hallways looked spooky but it turned out that was the best part. It was so quaint, clean and our kids had the time of their life, The staff was super helpful. Would go again for sure

I booked this room for the night of our wedding. My bride to be specifically requested a fireplace so I booked a room with a fireplace. It was a cool fall evening. We arrived from our wedding around 1:00 in the morning ( wiped out, of course). We got to the room and the fireplace didn't work. The vent in the bathroom did not work. We did not ask about the fireplace but that didn't work or wasn't turned on although it would of been really nice if it did.

Stayed in a king suite. Very nice and very clean. We travel often and were very impressed with this hotel. Beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. We will definately stay here again.

Will not use this hotel again. Booked the family suite which claimed 2 King beds & a sleeper. It had 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed & a sleeper. There is one room in front, one room in rear with small hall separating rooms. Air conditioner was only in back room so front room got no air. Temperature was at best 80 degrees in front room. room was hot at night could not get the air to turn down . Also the beds look great but when 2 people lay on them you row to centre of bed as the middle is mushy. what you see you don't get they are too soft

An excellent location for both the business traveler and the family attending the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village with a great free breakfast buffet and easy access to multiple restaurants at the Fairlane Town Center. The rooms are clean and quiet, even with a high occupancy rate.

Stayed here while visiting the Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village. Very convenient. Pleasant staff. Nice pool & jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with a Tigers game and a night away. We stayed in the fireplace/jacuzzi room. It was very comfortable but the fireplace was seasonal and the jets on the jacuzzi didn't work to full strength. However, breakfast was good and the employees were nice.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and it was great! The hotel has fenced parking which we liked. In addition, the hotel was in great shape. We have been to Niagra falls and paid twice as much at the Embassy suites for a similar room. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great, as was the breakfast.

The room was nice and clean just like the pictures on the internet...my family had a fun time in the pool/ hot tub. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and will go back if ever in the are again.

i loved the hotel,service,staff,room...but the main problem was the bed,was not comfortable...neither me or my wife had a comfortable night sleeping..mattress was bad..sorry..needs to be changed,flipped,something...love the room to stay but not to sleep...sorry again

The hotel was nice, I would recommend it for families. The pool was clean, towels available. The breakfast had some nice healthy choices - yogurt & bananas, along with all the usual fare. As a mother of a family with 2 small boys, I would stay here again. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep.

Great place to stay. Convenient location to museum and shopping. Rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool, which was warm and clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. Breakfast was a plus for us. The staff were friendly.

My wife and I was very impressed with the hotel appearance, staff and cleanliness all around. We don't know about other rooms but the one we chose and stayed in room #244 king size bed with refrig.microwave,treadmill,jauzzi etc. was wonderful the only thing I would do to improof would be to make sure that your parking lot doors to your building after […] dark are locked and only access through with your room card, and need some real eggs served with the wonderful breakfast we had that is a very important part of breakfast - not cheese/egg omlet. Bed was broken, curtains wouldn't close so the parkinglot light was in the room all night long. Pool ruined everyone's swimsuit because of to much chlorine. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was pretty and in a convient location.

15 minutes from downtown and airport; really close to restaurants and gas station; very accessible to freeway. Check-in was easy. When I got to the room it was really hot but otherwise I had no complaints. I would stay here again. O, the breakfast was fairly decent too.

Rooms were very nice and set up with fridge and microwave. Breakfast is a lot more than cereal and sweet rolls. Hot omelettes, bacon, biscuits, cinamon rolls. Heated indoor pool. Shopping center nearby. Sabina"s (Polish) restaurant close by. Access / egress a little confusing and difficult.
