Stayed here for business. The room was clean but the bed was not that comfortable. A few small maintenance issues - dripping focet, broken TP holder. Same breakfast menu everyday. "Great hotel for the money."

"I would stay here again!"
After spending 2 nights at an outrageously expensive resort for a conference, I cut my stay a night short and looked for other, less expensive options. This Comfort Inn was only a 5 min drive from my conference and the room was just as nice as the "spa villa" I stayed in at the resort (minus the gas fireplace). I would definitely consider this option […] again on my next visit to Palm Springs. The only complaints I had was the overpowering chlorine smell of the spa and the grout in the hall and bath tiles was cracked and missing (thus some tiles were loose)...all an easy fix. I needed a clean safe room to stay in as i was traveli g with my 6 year old grandaughter. This hotel met these requirements. Parking could be better other than that, I would stay there again. Checked in at 9ish in the evening. Front desk clerk was not very pleasant. The refrig had a loud fan which could not be fixed it ran all night. Easy access from freeway. Quiet rooms, all non-smoking. Large rooms with plenty of seating. Comfortable bed. Included is a small refrigerator and microwave in room. The free morning breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own belgian waffle, cereals, pastries, coffee. I've stayed at this holel a couple of time prior to this stay and had no issue. On this stay we were placed in a room # 219 second floor and there a noise throught out the night that sounded like a deseal generator runing right under our window that was loud enough to wake me about 3 or 4 times from midnight to 6:30 am. I went down to tell the clerk […] in the morning that there was something quite loud and he responed that others had said the same thing but claimed there was nothing like a back up generator by our window. did not seem to concerned. dont think I will stay at this proberty again. I have just begun traveling with my bulldog companion. The staff at this hotel was friendly, the room comfortable, the breakfast outstanding and the grounds set up to accommodate my dog's needs. I unfortunately had loud people above me which can happen anywhere, so i was not happy about that. Even though I have no problem with the condition of the hotel-room-or staff , the noise was the biggest problem. We had a great room. It was clean, quite and comfortable. The breakfast was such a great value and the kids loved their waffles.The only thing that was wrong was when I went to go to use the iron water leaked everywhere and the iron had melted goo on it so I was not able to use it and was already running late for dinner. This hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. Scrambled eggs (undercooked) every day with either sausage patties or bacon (also undercooked).
