Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai - Dubai

This hotel is 10 min walk from BurJuman metro station, also the place where the Big Bus picks you up. I upgraded to an executive room which included breakfast and wifi for a reasonable price. Don't eat lunch in the main restaurant, however, overpriced and bad food.

Hotel is close to the airport and downtown, right in the middle. The room was large and the bed/pillows comfy. Slept well and room service food delivery was fast. The food was good as well. We had a medical issue unrelated ti the hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful in find a clinic and then arranging an ambulance to Rashid Hospital. I would reccommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Reception staff friendly, room size okay and nice bathroom. Room service was very prompt and would certainly stay here again. Not far from Dubai Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby or only a short ride away depending on what you want to eat.

The hotel is between two metro stations in the older part of the city. The staff was very helpful and polite, the room was very spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The Indian restaurant is fantastic, I truly recommend this hotel to everybody!!! Very pleasant stay!

The girls @ the bar and restaurant were very switch on even that they had to work for New year, when every one celebrate.well done keep up the good work. This hotel is out of league considering it is a Sheraton Hotel. The only big selling point is its ideal location especially for tourists considering its located very close to Burjuman Metro station (Red line) which covers mostly all of Dubai's attractions. They need to upgrade this hotel very soon in order to sell it as a Sheraton league hotel going forward. I chose this hotel because of the "location" it boasts! Location was not so great. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to nearby areask if it does, I never saw a shuttle. In fact, I took one of the hotel "taxi's" and paid about 40 dirham extra then I would have if I had just used a regular city taxi. The driver assured me it would only be about […] a 5-10 dirham difference. The room I chose, at this hotel, also described that I would have wi-fi service, with no surcharge. This did not happen either. When I spoke with the hotel manager he said it was just in the lobby area that wi-fi was free. I had to bring down my computer and show him the room description. Instead of waiving my wi-fi fee they did give me half-off the price. So I still paid about 75 dollars for 5 days of service. Had I wanted to pay an extra 150 dollars I would have stayed in a different hotel. Also, the room described, by the hotel, stated that I would have a jetted bathtub and seperate shower. As a frequent traveler, I was very excited about this. However, once I got to the room I was quickly let down as there was no jetted tub or seperate shower. Just the normal two-in-one shower. Lastly, my bed spread had a few stains on it which was kind of disconcerning. Good hotel, I booked based on the recommendations in Expedia. A good location to get to most parts of Dubai easily and cheaply either by metro or taxi and easy walking distance to the museum. We are very satisfied with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to an Executive room, it is spacious and very comfortable. The location is very convenient , close to 2 Metro stations, unfortunately, because of the short stay we did not use the metro. The creek, museum, fort, souks are at walking distances.

Great location: <2min walk to metro green line, station is one stop away from red line transfer, supermarket next door, many shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Only complaint is the shower water temperature fluctuated greatly on its own.

Although we stayed during Ramadan and thus were restricted in external dining activities till after 7.00pm, this was not such a handicap as there is a supermarket next to the hotel with a good supply of snacks and hot food to take to room. The restuarant is very expensive at 90 Dhs for breakfast for example. The room, although small by Dubai standards […] is very well appointed with an excellent bathroom. Minor gripe is there are no shower caps and soap is not replenished unless you phone housekeeping and ask for it. We had a small incident at the hotel which was taken care of very professionally. I can only recoomend the hotel management and staff on their work. Just a small advice: make sure you dont stay immediately over the hotel "party-room" - which means - stay on a floor above the 1st floor.

Location was excellent. Heart of Bur Dubai and a 5 min. walk from the metro station on either side. Loads of eateries around and most of the things are not far away either.
