For around $50/night, this place was perfect. We arrived around 11:00PM. Room was pretty cold and the heater took a good bit of time to warm the place. Other than that, it was all good. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. Place was quiet. Can't really ask for anything else at this price.

The woman at the front desk was nice, but our room was an outdated trashy place. Not what we expected. We will never stay there again!

We stayed one night with my brother in law and his family. The rooms were nice and were clean. The manager was friendly and went out of his way to help. The breakfast room is very, very small and the spread is simple continental. Good for a night or two. Kids loved the pool which was very clean.

This is a very basic motel. It was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay after a Cape wedding. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The folks at the desk were pleasant and responsive. It was a good value, too.

For the daily rate we paid this hotel was adequate. It was an older hotel so the furnishings were just OK. The continental breakfast was nothing major. As I said, for what you pay you can not expect a Marriot.

The staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv channels were unclear and picture had static where the sound would go followed by blurred and static picture. I would not go to this hotel again.

Where to start.. our window faced a giant wall. There was never enough parking, so people had to park where you pull in to check in if you got back past 930pm. This motel had a very nice pool area, very hospitable staff, good location, offered breakfast, (although it was only toast, cereal and coffee). Overall not a bad place to stay if your only staying for a few days.

We are a modest family who enjoys the basics. Although the rooms were clean, we always had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper, coffee, shampoo and soap. The eye-opener was the breakfast room facility and the lack of healthy choices. So those of us wishing to have a little protein (peanut butter, cheese etc.) were out of luck.

The staff at the hotel were very good. Very nice and helpful. However, the hotel itself needs some work. The plumbing is out of date and the showers and toilet flushing in other rooms is incredibly loud, as was the case in my room. Our plans changed 3 times (thanks Hotels.com for the free cancellation policy!) and each time we had to move farther from the main attractions due to unavailability so we ended here. The location on the main road is a plus.Breakfast was acceptable. King sized Mattress was too soft and pitched toward the head board. Faucets were too difficult to turn on and off. Room was small. Amentities were fine if staying for 1 night. You get what you pay for, but this deal may not be worth it. The condition of the room was awful. The room stank of cigerrettes and mildew. The faucets in the bathroom sink and shower are near impossible to turn on and off. Shower is loud. The shower tub was awful and water collected at the far end of the tub where it didn't drain. Air conditioner blows […] onto the bed. The shower curtain was disgusting. Cleaning on the second day was limited to making bed, but leaving bath and sink as we left it. It was great that the hotel provided a fridge that was adequately sized. Also nice that a safe was provided, but ridiculous that we had to pay an additional fee to use it, and this is not stated anywhere. Manager had to come into the room late at night so that we could use it upon agreeing to pay the stupid fee. Great location, central to most things in cape cod, but hotel is in really poor condition. I had a pleasant experience. Some rooms were in the process of being redone, so upkeep was important to the owners. Owners were friendly and helpful. I had a refrigerator in my room. The surroundings were very quiet. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Morning coffee was fine, but the breakfast left much to be desired. Great budget hotel!

Very nice hotel. Only thing missing were power outlets near bed or table, only near the sink. Room was fairly clean but the carpet needed a good shampooing (black feet) and not just a regular vacuuming.

This hotel rates about average. My husband and I only needed it for a one-night stay for a wedding we attended, and it functioned just fine as a place to sleep and get ready. I stay here about a month before and it was an excellent experience. This time around though, the room had some sand in it and smelled of smoke though I specifically requested non-smoking. The staff was as friendly and accomodating as before, and I would stay here in the future.
