Rooms were very cold even with the aircon switched off. Other than that, the hotel stay was great. Location was excellent, with hawker food and the shopping centres within walking distance.

I found the hotel in good condition. Service was good, check-in was quick and our rooms were ready at the 2pm check-in time. The staff were friendly and very willing to help. On our first day, bed linen was not changed after the previous guest, hair were sticking on the pillows, creases on the sheets, it was obvious that someone had slept in it before. When told to the house keeper, he said they change every second day. He was not aware that we checked in as new guests when he had not changed the linen. I love the location of the room, we have a great view of the menara tower and the Petronas tower. The tap water is very dirty. They manage to change my room when I requested. The next room is almost the same. slightly better.I think they need to do a maintenance on the water tanks and pipes.

The hotel's room is good for the price I paid for. Just that the fixtures and fittings a little old. Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay, especially for people who fly there for shopping. It was abit disappointing as I had change room twice due to the condition of the room. Bed did not have sheets n second room which was given , room door key card access panel was very loose n wasn't safe. The last room was nice however again no bed sheets below on divan. At first they can't retrieve hotel.com booking in their system so they need to collect SGD300 deposit from me. 3days later they are able to retrieve so I can take back the deposit. Initially I book from Agoda & cancel it but they able to retrieve agoda's booking. Normally I call for room service they will change a new bedsheet, blanket and pillowcase for me but I look at the person who change for us. Överlag bra för det priset! Nära det jag ville besöka. Det enda negativa var att det inte ingick wifi utan det fick köpas till, vilket var väldigt dyrt... Mottagningen på wifi i rummet var dock bra, men sådant skall ingå! Skulle kunna boka det igen och även rekommendera andra att bo där, frukosten var även den helt ok!

観光的にはロケーション抜群で申し分ありません。また、スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で最高でした。 残念だったのがお部屋そのもので、クローゼットがちょっとカビ臭く、服を収納するには躊躇する感じでしたが、ホテルによくある小さいタンス？的なもの（いわゆる引き出し）が存在しませんでした。よって、クローゼットを全開にして収納しました。また、お風呂は、シャワーを出すと、トイレの横にある排水口から水が溢れ出し、毎晩大洪水でした（時間が経つとひいていく）。これは厳しかったです。全ての部屋で起きてるわけじゃぁないんでしょうが、不運でした。さらに、充電したくても電源が1つしか部屋にはなく、有線のインターネットなど完備しているものの電源が遠すぎてパソコン使うにも不便極まりない状態だったのにはビックリしました。ち […] なみにドライヤーも壊れていて動かず。。 同じ金額でもう少しましなホテルはあると思いますが、ロケーションが抜群だったということで2の評価とさせて頂きます。あまり悪い事は書きたくないのですが、せっかく抜群のロケーションなので、もっと良いホテルになればお客さんも沢山来ると思います。今後への期待を込めて、あえて率直に書かせて頂きました。 Pročitajte više

場所はいいと思いますが、フロントは階段をあがるようになっていて バリアフリー的観点からはお年寄りには勧められません。 また非常ににぎやかなところなので静けさを求める人には向かないかもしれません。 しかし街歩きにはとてもいいホテルと思います。 夜ついて、朝チェックアウトしたのでさほど苦にはなりませんでした。

ロケーション的には100点満点。買い物をして帰ってもすぐ荷物を置きに戻れるし、疲れたら少しホテルに休みに戻ることもできて、本当に便利！！ ただ・・・2泊したのですが2泊とも朝起きると洗面台やベッドの頭側の壁にゴキブリが・・・！！思わず硬直していると、さらにアクティブなやつが枕やベッドの上を走り回り、眠っているときもこんな感じでベッドを走っていたのかもと思うとぞっとしました。 ホテルのコンシェルジェの方も親切だったし、お部屋もきれいに整えられていたので他は言うことないのですが・・・。 この衛生面だけ改善してもらえたら他は完璧です！！

LOT10のすぐ近くです。窓からはブキッビンタン駅が見え、遠くにはKLタワーとツインタワーも見ることができました。 全体的にはいいホテルだと思いますが、シャワーがぬるくて寒く、毎晩修行のようでした。 これだけが辛かったです。
