The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception and bar staff were exemplary. They could not do enough for us; the same was true of the breakfast staff. The room was excellent and the bed comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit to Cincinnati - many thanks to all.

My fiance and I stayed at the hotel when we in Cinci for the spring game. The location, being only a short walk from Paul Brown stadium, was superb. The staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean. The only warning is if you are afraid of heights, request a lower floor! :-)

We enjoyed our overall stay and will stay there again this summer. We would like to be a little further from the lobby next time. We were on the second floor and it was VERY!! noisy. We loved the location and everything else was good.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be the noise level in the middle of the night....but I guess that goes along with lots of young soccer girls and young families sharing our stay.

We normally stay at a wonderful B&B nearby, but because our daughter came with us and we didn't want to do two rooms, we stayed with Marriott instead. Wow. What a wonderful surprise! Nice people. Good location. Room needed some maintenance. Looked like some piped had leaked on the ceiling. Fan in bathroom didn't work. The whole room got steamy when the shower ran.

The staff was great. My only complaint would be for the ampunt of the room, the bathroom is outdated...no fan and the tub was old....other than that all was well

It was a wonderful stay and the hotel though dated is very nice. The location of the hotel and the fact there are rooms with balconies is what makes it ideal. The only problem we had was that we asked for extra blankets so we could enjoy the balcony without using coats as it was cold and it took them an hour to bring them. Fantastic stay! Delux water view was lovely. Staff was phenomenal! Had our 9 year old with us, he was treated like royalty by restaurant staff and hotel staff! Easy accessibility and valet parking. Rates were highly competitive. Would definitely stay again! Clean, quiet, great amenities...

There was some misunderstanding regarding charges for Internet and Parking and we were initially misled by one of the staff but the charges were waved at the instance of the GM. We were going back and forth in and out of the hotel so the paid parking was expensive.

the hotel is nice and the rooms are too the views from the balcony rooms are amazing but after two nights sore necks and backs out of wack shoulders and stiff bodies i can say without any doubt the beds were horrible!!!! and simply put it is really overpriced!!

This is a beautiful hotel. It is in a nice town across the river from Cincinnati. I would recommend it. I've been staying there for 12 years. Every new time I stay it was as good as the previous time.

I have a mixed review about this hotel. The hotel was clean, staff at the front desk was friendly, and the room was overall pleasant. However, the room did not include free wireless, had a bit of a musty smell, and the layout/elevators for street level access left a bit to be desired. Breakfast took way too long to be seated with several open tables […] visible while waiting, however once seated the waiter was very good, and the buffet was good as well. My wife and I wanted a little getaway for the weekend so we went to Cincinnati for a couple of days. The Marriott RiverCenter was absolutely amazing. We could not have chosen a better hotel. You can walk from the hotel to a pedestrian bridge where you can cross the river into Cincinnati if you are going to a NFL or MLB game. Aslo, the gym was amazing as well. The room had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. The room smelled musty and condensation dripped off the wall vent. The carpet seemed damp to the touch and the bathroom floor was so dirty our feet turned black if we walked in there barefoot. The staff was very friendly just wish the room had been cleaner and smelled better. No fridge or microwave […] and had to pay extra for parking and Internet. It was terrible,I expected more from their reputation !! The rooms haven`t been updated in a long time,Bathroom ventilation did not work !! It wasn`t worth half of the price a night ! They never cleaned the room ! The elevators did not work(we were on the 14th floor) ! Way over rated !!!

For the evening that I stayed in Cincinnati the hotel was fine--clean and comfortable. I do have a hard time in this day and age having to pay for wifi from a big hotel chain. It's free almost everywhere, so why charge me to do my job? I will seek out an alternative with free wifi next time.

My family stayed 2 nights for a ballgame and Kings Island excursions. The hotel was welcoming and inviting. The room we had was wonderful and had a spectacular view of the Great American Ball Field, the river and downtown Cincinnati. Ayisha, at the front desk, was engaging, happy and super helpful! Thanks for a nice stay. We will be back for sure!
