The did not make my room or got me clean towels so that night since they had no one that could do it then they got me a different room, that one did not stink as much as the last one...

our first stay in a red roof inn and we were pleased. it's nothing fancy, but having both a microwave and refrigerator in the over-sized room was a plus. lighting was good. breakfast was in a rather unappealing small room with but two tables, but except for the watered down OJ, it was generally adequate for a continental b'fast offering.

I stayed at this location on my way from Miami to Texas. It makes for a good mid-way stopping point. The room could have been cleaner and it was difficult to find the motel when leaving the interstate.

We were just staying overnight and the room smelled stale and musty. The rugs were filthy to the point that my granddaughter was unable to walk on the floor. This was more of a hangout or continuous stay type of hotel to me. Too much going on outside. The young lady at the desk had a great personality and handled us very well.

Other than the fact that this hotel is not near any beach (they told me it was only 3 miles away), the place was great. Definitely a good deal for the $50 a room.

I didn't feel as if I could take a shower in the first room I received when I arrived. The shower was dirtier than anything on me. Once the shift changed I was able to get a cleaner room from the receptionist. One that looked more like the photos. The current rating is accurate.

This is supposedly a newly renovated hotel but it needs more. When I checked in at 4 pm I was given a key to a room not yet cleaned. When I went back to desk to ask for a room that was ready I was told to kill time and someone would get on it. Lots of hair in shower and although claims to be smoke free the room smelled of stale smoke.

Our stay was generally good. Accessing the hotel was a little difficult but we were able to make it to the hotel. This was my first Red Roof stay in over 20 years, and I hope the dumpiness of this facility does not reflect the chain as a whole. It was easy to see that my room had been cleaned in a hurry, what with debris on the carpeting and not all bathroom surfaces wiped down. More important was the general lack of maintenance. T and Beatrice (front desk ladies) were very nice. There was a lady with housekeeping who was also very friendly. (I did not get her name, an older woman.) We were given keys to a room that had not yet been cleaned. We went to the mall while our room was prepared. We had to call to check the status of the room. We had not received a phone call, I'm […] assuming, because of the shift change. It too an hour or so to get an iron and ironing board to our room because they had to find one. There was what looked like blood on the top blanket on our bed. The tub was not clean. Perhaps a better solution can be found to keeping those circles that prevent slipping clean. I didnt find any bugs and none of our stuff was stolen, we had 3 rooms all together and none of us had complaints. I wasn't expecting the Hilton since we didnt pay for that. I would stay again.

We thought there was a fridge and micro in all rooms and we didn't have one so she made it right...and I also asked if we could be away from the highway and she made sure we were as far away as possible.. They were VERY courteous...and soooo helpful Pet friendly

A/C didnt really work. I was saved by the fact that it was in th 40's outside. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows ok. Low water pressure. Great staff.

I had to drive a 24 ft. truck with a trailer towing a car and my pregnant wife and kids driving behind me. Exterior needs a lot of updating, the rooms were actually pretty decent for a over night stay. Area is older. Hotel just needs a good facelift. You get what you pay for. Two rooms down from me some one was smoking weed. Next time im staying at the Baymont across from it.

Recently renovated, nice rooms, comfortable beds, better than average bathrooms, staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when traveling on business. Also, right next to mall, can walk to restaurants, movie theatre, shopping. Nice!

I was not really happy with my stay. The floors seemed dirty with debris around the edges, the dresser drawers and shower had hairs in them when I arrived, the coffeemaker looked nasty, and the iron that I got from the front desk leaked like a sieve. And there is no breakfast.

Stay here frequently. Convenient to I-10 but not too noisy. Never had a problem with safety, etc. Rooms are clean, staff very helpful and friendly.

My first hotel room (Rm 128) smelled like mildew and I saw bugs in the bathroom. I asked to switch and they gave me no problems and gave me another room that was great. I am a student looking for a cheap hotel and this was definitely fine. They didn't have breakfast in the morning or an iron in the room (you just have to request it at the desk).
