Great location, hotel common areas very nice, coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Our room hadn't been updated in quite a long time. Two full iron print burns on the carpet, the walls needed painting-they were very dirty. "Travel lodge Toronto Airport"
Well I called a few days before to have a crib in our room which they said they put on the reservation but we didn't get it and had to ask again. My 12 year old Daughter got a bad rash from swimming in the pool. The hot tub was also not available to use. But the biggest disappointment was the extra 12 dollars I had to pay for parking when I got there. […] I was never informed of this by anyone and it's not listed in the hotels.com ad. In all a very poor experience for a one night stay to catch a flight the next day. "Yet I keep coming back"
Love the lobby restaurant, Casey's, locatioin very good for me as I work all around the region. Rooms are OK, decent, Front desk staff does a good job but kind of quiet. "Fantastic airport transfer"
Staff were very friendly and room was fine for a night. Lots of fast food close by and some good restaurants. Quite happy with the place overall, very comfy. Service to the airport was excellent and ran all night. Annoying being right by a lift as it was a little noisy and lifts reeked of cigarettes. "Reasonable and comfortable hotel for the family"
The welcome staff at the reception was professional and very attentive to our needs. The accomodation was very good. The food and service from Casey's Grill was awesome. We felt very safe and comfortable. The view of part of Pearson International Airport was lovely. "free shuttle service?"
I called hotel to ensue they had free shuttle service from airport to hotel. They indicated there would be a shuttle bus at the airport. Waited 15 min but no bus. Had to take taxi and cost us $20. "Quick stay after long flight"
The Travelodge by the airport is great for what we need it for. We either use it for the night before a flight or the night we return. It's clean the service is curtious and fast (another great thing when you're weary from travel). The best part is the beds are super comfortable. It's a quick commute to and from the airport.
