This is a nice extended stay. Ive stayed at others and didnt like them as much of this one. It is maintained and very clean. I enjoyed my stay here on business.

This place is not my first choice ever. The personel is friendly and great, but even that is not enough to make up for the fact that the hotel is run down. Also lots of seedy individuals around. Felt very uneasy about staying here. Would not do it again unless there was no other place to stay.

Parking was only for night in hotel. Otherwise I was told car could be towed away. Not handicap accessible at entrance. Bathroom very tight; maybe better ones are available. Breakfast was better that I expected.

This was a very unpleasant experience for me and unfortunately, it was the very first time I would stay at Extended Stay America. I had booked a non-smoking room but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told they had only smoking for the category of room I had specified. They claimed Hotel.com had not liaised properly with them as they were all sold out […] of non-smoking room. I had very little choice than to accept what was offered. On getting to the room, of course, it was all I could do to cope with the thick acrid tobacco fumes. This was however only part of the problem. I discovered that the room had not been vacuumed and there were crumbs all over the floor. I called the front desk to notify them and to inquire if someone could come to remedy the situation. I was informed that there was nothing they could do but that they would take note of this so that a maid would come to vacuum the room first thing the following morning. Well, nothing was done about the situation up till when I checked out about 11.30 the following day. I was so glad I hadn't booked a fairly long stay at this facility. I do not have anything bad to say about the hotel itself....The staff was really nice and friendly, the room was clean and nice in size. Having a full sized refrigerator was really nice. With that said, here is the only thing I didn't like. I knew when I booked the hotel that it was by the airport...across the street actually and the noise level to my surprise was very very minimal. BUT, we had a lot of things to do in the city over our 5 night stay...first day we got into the cab and to our surprise there was a flat $28.50 fee, plus $1.20 fuel charge and an extra $1.00 for another person. When all said and done it was a $35.00 one way cab ride. All cabs into the city were like that. Thankfully we had family that gave us rides in and out for the rest of the week. Place was convenient. $18 cab ride to stadium. Was a lil dirty for our taste, but not to bad. Was definitely under staffed. Had to walk down to front desk just to get clean glasses. It was cheap and convenient.

I didn't like the condition of the hotel room - was not clean. I end up staying at the Hilton. The room was not clean for to want to sleep there. The person at the front desk was good and very helpful.

I assisted a relative with moving to PA from Boston. The process in general was an extreme headache, however, once I got to this hotel I was greeted by Jerome who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. He could instantly sense our exhaustion and rushed to give us the keys. Told me once I was settled I could come back and process paper work. The room […] was clean and the same as any hotel except with a mini kitchen. Even though we only stayed one night we were very impressed, and could see the benefits of the kitchen. Jerome helped me with my paper work, informed me of all the local places to go to, it was a pleasant visit especially after a stressful day. Who ever the receptionist was on the date my daughters stay( I do not remember her name) was an absolute life saver! I have never experienced customer service on this level. Enjoyed my stay, only complaint is I initially went to check in at the Extended Stay Deluxe. It should be emphasized there is a difference, one I am still unsure of.

The front desk personnel were professional and courteous. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is situated with many other surrounding hotels and so was a very safe environment. Hotel amenities were very poor. There was no ice machine, no coffee maker, no dishwasher, only 2 plates, 2 glasses, 1 coffee cup, very little silverware and only 1 chair for the table. I don't know how anyone could have an "extended stay" at this hotel.

Nice room, great beds, clean, service very good. Only difficulty was actually getting to the place the first time. Found an alternate route from the City and was much easier the second time around.

The hotel was a little off the beaten path but that was ok because I felt comfortable and safe in its location. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The amenities were great for a week's stay if need be although I only was there for a overnight stay. The temperature of the room was perfect when I walked in and the thermostat kept it constant at the temp which kept me comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable and the television was modern. There wasn't much of a view but I wasn't there for the view. The room did let in a large amount of light which was great since it was a gorgeous day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the Philadelphia area without spending a fortune, and who may not want to be in the city but close enough to enjoy it's fruits, or anyone who is taking a flight and wants a close, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. This hotel room is more like a small apartment than a regular hotel room. There is a small kitchenette with dishes and pans, plus the regular room items. There is no regular housekeeping but once a week, which is Ok. For a small fee they will do the room in advance. Very near the airport and only one restaurant close enough.

Everything was fine but the next day when we got up, showered, went out for the day and when came back to the hotel, we found the bed not made, bathroom was not cleaned, no replacement soap or shampoo. Great......but PILLOWS.... NEED MORE... staff is super friendly... Evette is a ROCK STAR and she should move up the chain if you are smart about customer service.... she is INCREDIBLE!! I I WAS REALLY SHOCKED WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR TO MY VERY SMALL AND UNCOMFORTABLE ROOM. IT HAD ONE FULL SIZE HARD BED WITH TWO VERY SMALL AND WELL USED PILLOWS OF VERY ODD COLORS. Hotel is ok for a one night stay if you are on business and want to spend littlee money. Place looks a little run down, but it is cheap and that was I what I was looking for in this stay.

The stay was pleasant with some minor disappointment. I had asked for an extra pillow and the personnel on duty replied didn't have any. Surprising? I had to get an extra pillow due to advise from my Doctor! Overall the place is in good location and it was a pleasant stay.

bare bones accomodations. Went to take a shower and fortunately grabbed a towel to relocate it closer to the shower. Found it was wet (clean but very wet), as if it hadn't been put into the dryer for nearly enough time. Nothing special about this place, but OK for a quick bed for a night.

While I'm not expecting turn down service for the budget price, I was still dismayed by the peeling paint, no ice bucket and NO washcloths! On the up side, it was close to the airport and cheap. I tried to book ANY other place, but this was the only thing available.
