Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast was great, but hot tub was out of service and according to staff at the front desk had been for some time. Because I had pre-paid for the reservation and because the hotel claimed to have notified hotels.com about the hot tube situation they said I would have to take up my complaint with hotels.com. […] Hotels.com confirmed they had not been notified of the problem and offered me a discount. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. Only knock is that the breakfast wasn't all that great and the layout of the food causes crowding among the guests.

Room was clean and nice. We Stayed in a king studio with our two small children. The pool was was warm. Overall great hotel. Just wish it was pet friendly!

This hotel was cute and a good place to sleep a few nights. It could use some physical updates, but the staff was nice, the towels were soft, and there wasn't a lot of noise in the hall (even with a room near the elevator). Complimentary breakfast, and an indoor pool. I would go back.

Very clean room. Entrance and stairwell carpeting was worn. Quiet. Excellent breakfast selection. Front desk person at time of check-in was not very friendly, but check-out was much betteR!

Breakfast was included and had alot of variety with warm and cold foods. Free cookies in the lobby. Congenial staff during breakfast. Bathroom was spacious. The toilet in our room continuously ran water and would not automatically shut off. I told the hotel clerk when I checked out and he said he would write up a service order. The locations is great. Good eating close by. The hotels breakfast was good. My only minor complaint was there was no where to hang my suitcase while I unpacked. A minor inconvenience that I worked around. Otherwise, my three day stay was very good. I would stay there again.

I know the hotel can't control guests but the walls must be paper because 3 men decided to carry on their conversation in the hallway while one other was talking on the phone half the night ! It was not a restful stay because of it!

This hotel room smelled and the bed was very uncomfortable!
