room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, only stayed one night after airline rerouted us to Orlando, but overall happy with stay.

Check in was a bit Slow compared to most of my Hilton property stays. The room was very clean. Maid Staff was excellent. There was some Jet noise being so close to the Airport. Overall a very good value.

Beautiful hotel with great service and ammenities. Very convenient to airport and many good restaurants within walking distance. Lovely accomodations and great service. Have stayed here before and will definitely do so again.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our evening meal at the Great American Grill was delicious and we appreciated the casual atmosphere and not having to leave the premises.

The door itself didn't lock as if someone had broken it on the hinges. We've stayed in other Hiltons & never have I seen such disrepair. There were sticky notes left on the door as a reminder to take meat out of the mini fridge. While we did not use the mini Fridge I hope it was cleaned thoroughly. Secondly, the front desk attendant seemed completely […] clueless as to the hotel's location and local surroundings. When I was working for the Sheraton, regardless of position, you had to know the basic surroundings for out of town guests looking for various places to dine, pharmacies, hospitals, as well as local attractions. I had forgotten my emergency inhaler in NY, and as we frantically called the hotel hoping for either a shuttle to a pharmacy, or the number and or location of a near by pharmacy, the attendant Natalia, was unable to help us. Now it is unacceptable for someone to not be able to find these simple places- Even if you're not from the area, you have to pass things as you get to work, whether you're driving or taking a mass transit. And with the internet technology, there really isn't any excuse. My husband ended up getting a number to a CVS near LBV that was able to fill my rx and was open after our plane landed. Forced to rent a car and incur more costs than the situation required. I believe we would have had a better stay in a lesser hotel and saved money. My main complaint was the horrible smell in the lobby. The lobby is the first impression so it set the tone for the entire stay. It reeked of garlic.

Very pleasant stay. Staff obliging and did all that they could to make a very tired customer comfortable. Room service meal was Ok only. Breakfast was good and I do not mind paying separately for it. The breakfast cost was nominal and the choice was good, including great fresh fruit in season

Unfortunately the Computers were extremely slow and one was not able to log on to update travel arrangements. The eating facility could be kept open for a little longer.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely maintained. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely return when we are in Orlando again.

We arrived very late at the hotel, but the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, very quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for the Room and Breakfast Plan, and we found the breakfast to be wonderful, complete with lots of options. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very clean. Got to hotel 2 1/2 hours before check in, they checked us in. We were flying out early next morning and they set us up with shuttle. Got down there in the morning and shuttle was late so a security officer grabbed a van and drove us over to airport.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. The room was spotless and very nice. I was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub and was not as nice as I was hoping. Surrounded by several food places which was great and the staff was nice. Great location, free shuttles to attractions too.

The night front desk person was completely disinterested in helping guests and never once responded with anything more than a single word or grunt. She was pre-occupied with her plate of bagels. clean comfortable simple hotel, but the internet speed, even while i was wired in rather than wireless, was like old style dial up! terrible. hard to check my email and conduct my business affairs with such terrible internet service.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was without issue. Business center computers were extremely slow or didn't work at all at some point, but I was able to get our boarding passes printed and it was all free to use.

I had elderly relatives staying at this hotel as well. We met for a family cruise. I bkd for location and airport shuttle. It was great, it met all my expectations. We had arrived 4 days prior and did Disney World,so the laundry room was a god send.
