"There are better places at this price"
Receptionist/Manager was very helpful. Room was equipped with a kitchenette which includes a dishwasher. Though clean, the room shows visible wear and there was a musty smell. Air Conditioner/Heater showing its age. Not sure if the temperature knob did anything. Weather during my stay was cool so even if the A/C wasn't working it would not be noticeable. […] Location is OK. Close to overpass on Peachtree Industrial so quite easy to head south. Isolated location has no restaurants or convenience stores that you can walk to. "Better than expected. I would stay again."
I saw some bad reviews just before coming. But my room and stay was a good one. Maybe it was because I stayed on the first floor near the office. Bathroom was in decent shape...vanity cabinet needed up-date, my room included a fold out bed/couch. Breakfast was fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, small wrapped muffins, and bagels. I like that needed card key […] to get past office. There was one day the food truck didn't show in time. The staff was anxiously waiting. There is a motel in front that has rooms with door entries on the outside. I don't like those..but I didn't see anyone at the times I was in & out. I was not out late. "home away from home"

"Stayed in better places for the price paid"
I think the hotel is okay, but I was dissatisfied with a few things. 1) the hotel was difficult to find 2) the complimentary breakfast was not very good. "Pet's Stay is more expensive than yours!"
My family and I were on our way to Florida and stopped at the TowneSuites on our way down. We got our room for an awesome rate and it was like a little condo. On the other hand, we were traveling with our dog, he alone cost us a "pet fee" of $75. This place is great, but not so wonderful if you are just passing through with your four legged friend. […] So many other places don't even charge you, and if they do the most I've seen, other than here, would be $15. Not as pet friendly as I thought... Had to make last minute reservations with Hotels.com 1st time not only staying at TownePlace Suites but using hotels.com. Both were a very pleasant experience.
