"You have to like cold water"
We arrived around 10:30 and were told there was no hot water but that a plumber was coming. Woke up at 6:00 next morning...no hot water, so we just did the best we could with putting some hot water from the coffee maker in the sink. Naturally, as we were leaving at about 7:30, the hotwater was coming back on line. Hotel staff was great. Very polite […] and professional, every one of them. Breakfast was OK but the area was a little small. Bottom line: Other than the hot water, it was good. I'd go there again. "Clean, Friendly, good value"
Had to be in Carrollton, but all available rooms there were smoking rooms. The Quality was a 20 minute drive, but clean and comfortable. No complaints.
"Very disappointed in room"
This room was a great disappointment. the commode seat was broken, The toilet paper fell off wall when touched. Broken Previously and not fixed properly. This had the dirtiest carpet i have ever seen. It was absolutely filthy. We were on our bike and had gotten caught in rain so socks were damp. The desk clerks were very nice and pleasant. The room was very clean and nice! Will definitely stay there again.

"Just what I expected"
The hotel had wonderful linens, the towels were soft not starchy. The bed & pillows made a perfect night of sleep. Clean, nice breakfast, great price. It was exactly what I had expected.

This hotel was very nice at a great price. The reception and departure were handled professionally. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great! I will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.
