This is a really lovely hotel The staff are charming, attentive and nothing is too much trouble.It is very convenient for taxiwhich, always available and large malls for those who need all the Designer labels!!We would recommend the Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur Barbara and Howard

The hotel was excellent but only at the four-star level. The hot water system did not work and fixing it caused a delay by about an hour in gong to bed after a long and tiring flight.

The legend was true - I only can simply say that. It was much beyond my expectation. I have not written any review for Expedia, but the epxerience at Ritz Carlton, KL, made me think I have to respond to their service level.

It is a great hotel, with very friendly staff, Nice service, Nice pool, fabulous SPA, the only thing I didn't like so much was ,the location cause it is behind other hotels, and the st. to get in the main entrance was very dark. But it is a woderful hotel.

We have stayed in KL a number of times and experienced the excellent service and facilities offered by other 5 star hotels. We were looking forward to our stay at the Ritz Carlton as we had read the reviews and heard about the world- renowned Butler Service. From first stepping inside the hotel our expectations were let down. The building was old, the […] foyer small, and we were not able to get similar rooms on the same floor even though we had booked months in advance. We thought things would improve with the Butler Service, being told that we could order complimentary orange juice, coffee and tea at any time, so we did. What arrived was reconstituted orange juice, tepid coffee in a cup, a tea bag in some tepid water and no milk or sugar. We did not use the Butler service again. One afternoon we headed down to the pool and ordered some cocktails. They arrived with no straws or coasters and no nuts. This is not what you would expect from any reasonable 5 star establishment. To order our second round of drinks, we had to approach the bar, and they then took 20 minutes to arrive, albeit with 1 straw. We didn't stay for a third round. On check in we were asked what time we would like to have our room made up, we asked for 10am, and at times it was not completed by 4pm when we returned from a day out, in fact, it wasn't done at all on one day. Only complaint I had was the extortionate price of the room service, considering this was Malaysia £24 for a pizza and £26 for any Asian dish!!

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was very delightful. We spent our First Anniversary there and the experience will be one to remember. The hotel and staff lived up to the standard that I had in my Mind of a Ritz-Carlton; a 5-Star top of the line hotel franchise. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had requested for a room at a higher floor […] so we could see the fire-works for the Chinese new year; which they gave us. I also asked for a complimentary upgrade and they offered it to us but said unfortunately it was not on the higher floor. I further messaged them in private if they could arrange for a rose to be placed on our bed for my wife; and to my surprise the rose was there on the bed just as I asked. And while the hotel staff member was taking us to our room she said to me quietly in ambiguous words so my wife couldnt hear or understand that "your request is placed" in regard to the rose. The room was beautiful, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect. It is very close to fancy dining areas along with Kuala Lumpurs most prestigious shopping mall: The Pavillion. unbelievable for an hotel that is supposed to be on top of hotel ranking. we check-in at 4 pm to be told that the room was not ready yet. so we had to go out shopping until the room was ready. not very good service

Nice location... Good hotel. I expected a lot more from a chain like Ritz Carlton... Concierge wa missing most of the time... Recommendations were ok... Paolo Savi rooms manager was very helpful... Breakfast area was dark n dingy looking... Rooms were small... Internet slow... But location was great.

The hotel is connected to JW Mariott via a mall, and their breakfast was not nearly as good. There are no tourist attractions and mass transit lines in walking distance, so stay here only if you are actually going to relax in the hotel. There are no good views of the Petronas Towers. Slight mark down on cleanliness. The entry way carpet was clearly soiled and should not be in a 5 star hotel. Staff were wonderful and service impeccable especially the concierge staff.

The hotel is not located that close to the other KL business hotels nor to KLCC/Petronas Towers. So for a tourist, it's probably not the top choice. I stayed over Chinese New Year at the Ritz with two children, the older being a teenager already. The hotel is perfectly located behind the corner from a huge shopping mall on a quiet street. The RITZ is always known to be an elite five star hotel with a classic theam , and the KL ritz is no exeption. The location of the ritz in KL is the most important featur but the view is not that special and breakfast is not included in the offer , like most of KL five star hotels.

Super Aufenthalt im Ritz. Habe einen kostenlosen Upgrade in eine Juniorsuite für 3 Tage erhalten - dank an die Rezeption. Riesiges Zimmer mit Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer, en-Suite Bad und Garderobe. So sollte ein Luxushotel immer sein. Gute Lage in Fußnähe zum Zentrum und Shopping in den Luxustempeln der Stadt. Alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Märkte […] sollten mit Taxi oder MTR angefahren werden. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in KL brauche ich mich nicht mehr nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen. クアラルンプールでは、だいたいここが宿泊先で、いつも評価は４．６クラスの高い評価をしています。今回は、快適度、メンテナンスがあまりにもお粗末で、これがあのリッツか？と思うレベルでした。こんな部屋もあるのかな？と・・・ １）デスクの電話・・・設置上問題ないが、受話器を取ると、コネクターが割れているため、ｊ受話器のコードが落ちる。 ２）クローゼット・・スリッパ、シャワーガウンなし ３）室内・・・夜のベッドメイク無し これでは、そこらのBIZ ホテルと変わりなし。

リッツ　カールトンに宿泊したのは初めてでしたが、やはり名前負けしていないというのが第一印象です。部屋も清潔で、スタッフの対応も気持ちよく過ごせました。残念だったのは朝食時にコーヒーのサービスが30分ほどできていなかった日がありました。日本人の観光客も多いようですが、日本の新聞が入手可能であればｔレストランで閲覧できるとよいのですが。

大通りからは隣のリッツカールトンレジデンスの方が大通りに近く、最初は間違えた。 ドアマンはとてもフレンドリーで親切。 シャワールームの水の温度調節が効かなかった。パスタブの方の水の温度調節は問題なかった。 冷蔵庫が大きめで、コンビニで買ってきた飲食料を冷やしておけて便利。
