This simple hotel was a deal. A small continental breakfast set up in the lobby was included. The hotel is conveniently close to I-95 on Baltimore Avenue and the University of Maryland campus.

One of my roomates had to leave early and they stopped her because she was carrying a lot of luggage without checking out. They called me to confirm that it was okay that she was taking baggage from my room. It was a slight hassle, but I appreciate that they were looking out.

Our room had not been cleaned. When I came in at 10 pm I found the sheets covered with makeup and hairs. Guy at the front desk was useless. First he brought me sheets, but no pillow cases, then pillow cases, then I found that the sheets were the wrong size. Took an hour of going back and forth and yelling before I finally got sheets. The hotel itself is run down - the sliding door to the balcony didn't open more than an inch, they ran an ugly pipe for sprinklers right through the wall with no attempt to finish it. Very basic, no frills hotel. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. We spent there two nights while visiting our daughter who is a student in the University. The hotel is very close to UMD and because of that it was perfect! The amenities offered are good value for the money.

The room was clean and comfortable. The internet was a bit shoddy but not any more so than it normally is at a hotel. The woman who checked me in was somewhat abrupt and unpleasant but not terrible and otherwise, everything was in really good order. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, and all linens seemed to be high quality. Slept very well on the bed and they did a nice job everyday on cleaning the room. Room cleanliness was right on par with other hotels. We had housekeeping service every day. We requested maintenence for our door lock but never showed. It would have been nice to be able to rent a refrigerator and microwave. Son had to go to UMCP several days and it was within a 5 minute drive to campus. Would stay again.

We were not there very long, checked in after 10 P.M. had to be back on the road by 6:30 A.M., but we thought our room was clean, nice and cool, the beds were comfortable. We were very pleased. We would stay again if we were in the area.

3 min to UMD College Park. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Gave the room a white glove inspection and was amazed to see no dust or dirt anywhere including the tops of the picture frames and mirror! The staff were great too.

Everything was acceptable, but the room was advertised as having two king beds, which is not an option at this hotel. One king or two doubles. The listing should be corrected accordingly.

Overall this was not a bad stay, but if you stay in the main hotel building it is very close to the main road which is very noisy. Sirens and traffic all night long, so be sure if you are a light sleeper you take ear plugs! The continental breakfast is OK, but there is not adequate seating at any time in the area, which makes is fairly inconvenient. My purpose of staying at the hotel was to be close to my daughter, who graduated from the U. of Maryland, College Pk. This hotel was clean and I felt safe. The staff was very pleasant. It really met our needs. This is our 2nd stay - and I would definately stay there again.

For the price it was fine; the hotel itself needs some updating/cleaning - it's very under-maintained. Clerk at front desk checked me, that was all, no interaction what-so-ever. We did not do the breakfast, it is a VERY SMALL area, crowded, and not picked up at all.
