Park Inn and Suite Montreal Airport - Montreal

Just a quick review as this was a nice hotel as advertised. Free wireless internet in the room. Clean hotel, nice location near the airport and classy lobby area. Very good value for money i felt. My one complaint is that hotels.com didn't inform me that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. (free, but it only runs from 6am to midnight) When […] i arrived i hopped in a cab and he told me i had a free shuttle so i got out and he told me where to go. Stood there for a couple minutes then was told i had to phone to get them to come. I called and it arrived about 15 min later. I had to prebook the pickup in the morning. My stay was very short in and out while on a 10 hour layover so never sampled the restraunt at the hotel. Also there was no ATM available, but the next hotel down the street had one. For a simple hotel, everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant had very good food. the only complaint I really have is the back rooms on floor two has a drop down with stairs that I could not cart my luggage all the way to my room. There was pungent smell in the room. It was sprayed with strong scent after the cleanup every morning though the request was made not to use any. The air conditioner was not working and there was no window one can open for ventilation. The door was kept ajar for first two nights for the ventilation until a fan was provided for last two. very unprofessional and unfriendly staff, concierge hardly greated us on arrival , felt very uncomfortable , room smelled like mold and roof of the bathroom was molding , small bed , not modern and hard to find only thing thats nice is that foaje that is shown in the pics -dnt stay there

no Four Seasons but clean affordable and friendly.

I would not stay in this hotel again. We had to move rooms cause the TV did not work. The 2nd room was alot better. It reminded me of the movie "The Shining" long, long, long, long narrow hallways. Did not like our 1 night stay.

had to stay for one night with my husband, the room was huge, the place was clean and the rate was good. would stay there again.

This is a great hotel for the business traveler. Prices are good, Close to the airport, large clean rooms etc. The hotel is a surprise. I have been by it many times but from the front it doesn't show how big it is or how nice it is inside. Overall I am very satisfied and will put it on my list of hotels to stay at when in the Montreal area.

i left a few hours after ariving, uncomfortable over priced and unsatisfied.

AC temp and fan speed cannot be set. Rooms are freezing cold and typically the heating need to be turned on if you have small children. Not very energy efficient. Curtains had to be sealed shut with pins provided by courteos and helpful after hours housekeeping staff.

The hotel was adequate, I was not expecting luxury, it was clean and convenient to the venue we were attending. It is in an industrial park setting, not the easiest to get to with all the lanes and ramps on the highway. The 2.5 star rating is accurate.

What Park in lacks in class it makes up for in kindness and courtesy. The Internet was free and the restaurant convenient.

Building looks pretty run down. Outside security door was unlocked. Carpet can do with some urgent replacement. Room was clean but amenities was run down. No fridge or microwave available although site indicates that they are.

it's a middle-of-the-road hotel for a business traveler. Nothing fancy but not bad either. It's located right on highway 520 so very convenient. Traffic on 520 is terrible by the way. People are friendly and the bar is OK.

Nice place to stay for 1 night, wouldnt stay there for more than that, had an odd smell.

The hotel was fairly easy to get to from the main hwy. The staff at the front desk was helpful with some answers to several questions Hotel was 15 minutes from downtown Montreal by car. Room was average but very clean.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was quite dated and had a bad odour which I asked staff to remedy. The television was not functioning properly and the furniture was dated. The condition of this hotel impairs my perception of the whole Park Inn chain. Aside from the $100 deposit required at check-in that we were not informed of, the hotel was great! The room was very clean and spacious. The italian restaurant located in the hotel was fabulous. We arrived late and the owner stayed open just to serve us. I would definitely go back to the Parkinn and Suites the next time I am back in Montreal.

Needed a hotel by the airport at the last minute due to weather delay - this hotel offered a free shuttle - and even though the shuttle wasn't running they did take care of the taxi to and from w/ vouchers which was awesome. Great little bar/restaurant in there too.

So this hotel looks nice and efficient on the site. The truth is that the room was clean but the bed sheets had holes in them, the coffee machine did not work and the cleaning lady tried to enter the room at 8 in the morning and without knocking. The lobby was nice and very spacious, with plenty of seating for the guests to wait. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to know if we could switch to a room which had a refrigerator (she tried hard to accommodate that request, but informed us that we could not get such a room for all three nights and we did not want to […] change rooms during our stay). We also wanted to know if we could switch to a room with a microwave, but she instead offered that the restaurant in the lobby will gladly steam up the milk we had for our child. We had a non-smoking room with double beds, and room was clean, the housekeepers did a pretty good job on all three days that they made the room. The location was nice. Most places that we wanted to visit - Olympic Park, Notre Dame Basilica, Montreal Park, St Joseph's Oratory - were all within a few minutes drive. We could not use the pool because it was cold and they had closed it. Had we stayed a day longer, we might have been able to - the weather turned spectacular the day we left. This hotel had terrible service, our room wasn't ready even though we checked in at midnight and had called ahead at 5pm to make sure the room was ready. The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by train yards and industrial buildings. Lobby is Grand, but the room is pretty old. Air- conditioning is too noisy, but you can try to minimise the noise if you turn it on and left it when you are not stay at the room. Then you can switch it to low at night. Good enough for sleep. Washroom is neat but not very clean. This is a 4 star hotel and has a 4 star rating in the front of the hotel. […] The rating is actually based on the facility only. they have a pool but no water inside. Price is reasonable for short stay, at least you do not have to pay extra parking. I would recommend stay stay only for this hotel. Pročitajte više

the hotel was very good, clean, the room was fine. the only exception was that the pool was not so clean. also consider that the hotel is far from the city center and you need a bus to get to the metro station, about 30 minutes delay with the time you wait for the bus.
